Convenient location, clean, and quiet. Minimal exercise equipment.

Very clean and large rooms. Good for a quiet stay. But without a car, it is not recommended.

Very plush for an extended stay hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and sound insulated. Staff very nice. Enjoyable stay.

The experience was good but there was really nothing there to do in the surrounding area. When I asked the desk clerk for a good place to eat, she had no place to recommend. That really put me off so next time, I will stay closer to Boston and just deal with the traffic.

Very quiet. This hotel was very quiet and with clean well furnished rooms. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Woburn Extended Stay is a good value for the price paid. I stayed in a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The room was not divided, so the kitchen and sofa were in the bedroom. The room did not have enough chairs; there was a kitchen chair and a leather desk chair and the desk that doubled as the kitchen table. If you stay less than a week they do not clean your room unless you pay an additional fee, but you can take your towels to the laundry to exchange them for new ones. You also have to take out your own trash. The internet access is not free; it was $3.99 for the stay. There is only a minifridge in the kitchen. There are no ice machines in the hotel, and only an outdoor pool. The hotel is across the street from a mini-mall, with a large grocery store, liquor store, craft store, and a bank, so it was very convenient. There is also a chinese restaurant next door, but I can't vouch for its quality. There is a large shopping mall within 5 miles that has Target, Lowes, restaurants, etc. All in all, it was a fine experience. All staff members were courteous.

Staff was very nice. No free coffee! Overall this hotel was everything it needed to be- cheap, clean, and convenient. The DVD player in the room was a nice touch but the heaters were really noisy so if you are a light sleeper, watch out. We were a little shocked that there was no shampoo and conditioner provided in the room with the soap but that might be standard in this type of hotel (not sure since I usually stay at Marriott). The staff was very accommodating though with an early check in and a late check out so it was definitely worth it. I would stay here again!

Air Conditioner shuts off when you leave the room. Awfully hot for hours when you return. Maid services less than advertised. Mattress like a rock.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to check out before the 6:30a breakfast and was delighted to find bagels available at 6. Extremely convenient to route 95/128. I needed access to Arlington/Cambridge areas for family medical issues, and this was perfect. Just hopped on 3S past Mystic lakes to Arlington and Cambridge. The large Burlington mall is one or two exits away, full of and surrounded by restaurants and a food court. I saw there was a supermarket across the way, but didn't figure out how to get there & back to the hotel late at night when I was tired. Note that this is barely a touch north of 128/95, so very convenient. Not much to do nearby, but a great deal if you're visiting various places by car. If you want to do a day trip to Cape Ann (Gloucester/Rockport/Essex) or Maine, closer from here than from downtown Boston. I'd stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great little continental breakfast! The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and very functional. No frills at this hotel but it is a great little spot for the money. There is a continental breakfast with bagels, fresh fruit and coffee. There are a couple of restaurants and a grocery store very close to the hotel and several more restaurants within a very short distance.

Hotel has economy heat/air. It shuts off when you leave the room and takes hours to cool off when you return. Staff cannot bypass system, even during a heat wave. Experience was miserable. Matresses very cheap/hard. Took mattress off sofa bed and put on top of other mattress.

When we first checked in, the room smelled of smoke. They let us switch to another room with no problem. But, the second room also smelled. We were able to find another hotel with available rooms after 3 nights.

Good, economicaland friendly helpdesk. I stayed in the same room for continues 7 days. They did not do housekeeping for 1 week.

Location was good (just off Interstate Hwy 95). Hotel was clean and neat. I was a bit disappointed with the room - it was a suite, but in actuality it is just a large room with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper and a kitchenette (unlike other suites in the area where I have stayed before which had a separate bedroom with doors). Overall, quite a nice place if you don't mind the lack of a private bedroom.

Good location and nice food close. Nothing really. Exactly what I expected one more business hotel room. Nice location.

It was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. The location right off the highway was terrific. The hotel was directly off the highway. Stop and shop was across the street, as was an Applebee's. The hotel room was clean and roomy.

It's comfortable, quiet and has a good desk for doing work after a day in the field. It's right off the Woburn rotary, between and convenient to both Woburn and Burlington, but far enough away from the highway and train tracks for a quiet night. The kitchenette is great for anyone who's health conscious or just tired of the same chain restaurant meals every night. A proper desk and chair make it easier to get work done. Plenty of storage space for long term visits, and the shower head is mounted high.

Half price accomodations within 20 minutes of Boston is an an incredible deal. I thoughtI might have to make some sacrifices in the quality but was surprised by the accomodations.
