It was HOT!! 83 degrees in the room. The only thing they could offer us was ONE fan. The key didn't work most of the time. It was very noise. We could hear everything in the hall way and above us.

Freshly remodeled-very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is excellent. I called the hotel directly to request 2 beds instead of 1. I was promised no problem. The promise was broken! When I found out of the hotel and we were suppose to have only one bed in the room, I called the hotel immediately to see whether I can be guaranteed for 2 beds instead. I was told no problem. Otherwise, we would have kept the other room that we had reserved with two beds already. I called and canceled the other reservation. When we got to the hotel about 10 pm. We were told that they had sold out all their rooms with 2 beds. We then asked to see whether we could have another room with the same price. They refused.

This hotel itself was alright. The room was nice. It was very clean. Had all the amenities. However, they gave me the wrong room. I called the day before to confirm my room , which was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. They assured me that this was the room I would have. I traveled with two other adults and two children. We needed 3 beds. When I got there the front desk told me that they did not have the room available and that they should have never told me that I had that room. She gave me a king bed with a sleeper sofa. I was unhappy. The first night there were people in the pool (which closes at 9) all night, splashing, drinking, barbequeing and just having a party. They didn't leave until 3 in the morning. The next night, The same people were partying outside again. I called down to the front desk, and the attendant said she would do something about it. She never did. I got out of bed and went downstairs to ask her to tell them to leave. She was getting ready to leave and she talked to them on the way out. They never left.

Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby. Bed is too small for two adults.

Staff was very friendly and room had a nice kitchen. Great location and easy to get to it. Room was large enough for a travel crib and layout was easy to use. Great restaurants were right across street and lots of shopping in the area.

Very clean. Parking lot was full of beer bottles, and the stairways smeeled like smoke and pet odor. Overall the hotel was good, location was close to shopping, and was not hard to find off the main highway.

I liked the salt water swimming pool. The WiFi network was too weak in my room to work.

Good room size and functional kitchen and appliances. Has some smoky smell in the room, even it is a non smoking room. We would definitely go back and stay in this hotel again if we visit NASA or Houston in the future. The room is clean, except the smell which didn't bother us that much, and enough space and room for my 2 young kids to stay with us comfortable. The bath room and kitchen are nice and clean too. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants. The Italian kitchen restaurant next to the hotel is not that good and a bit pricy.

It kept the rain off my head. NA. The motel over all will keep the rain off your head for the most part. The ceiling had about a 14 inch diameter section that was hanging down in the corner of the room. You could see water marks on the ceiling that were still wet. The lamps did not have switches to turn them on and there were no staff available to fix them. The phone in the room did not work, it crackled when trying to make a call and if you moved it wrong it would hang up. When you pushed any of the in house keys on the phone they would not work. You had to make a long distance call to call down stairs to the lobby and they never answered. When they were around the counter they would be outside smoking a cigarette. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, cheaply made but at least you had a place to sleep. The best thing about the room is that it was cold. The AC did work really well. The toilet seat was broken at the hinge so when you sat down your rear end was pinched.

Kitchen suite in room. Cramped space. Nice room. Felt safe and comfortable. Extra pillows, blanket already in the room. Would stay again.

The atmosphere was incredible. The construction in the street outside. I was very pleased with my stay. The quietness and the location. Staff was courteous, friendly, and the hotel was very clean and satisfying. Enjoyed every moment of this experience. I needed a very relaxing get away and I found it with in the hotel.

It was clean. The front desk help was not very helpful. The hotel was not bad for the price. However, it was nothing special either. Could have stayed at a motel six for cheaper, and it would have been just as nice.

The kitchen is a great thing, if you have a some time to make some quick meals. The location wasn't bad, close to mall and dining areas. If you need a double bedded room, this place isn't the place for you. The hotel in itself was alright. The kitchen is a great thing if you have the extra time to fix some quick meals. The room in itself was real small. If you have kids, it would definitely be hard to function. The queen bed is really little, and it has a fold out chair which is good for one person. The staff really wasn't on point with everything. We had to wait a long time for the front desk person, which she was held up because she had brought her two kids to work with her. (so she was tending to them in the back room) The next morning for the breakfast, we would constantly have to get the staff to refill the breakfast. They wouldn't come to check if there needed to be some refills or anything. The staff to say in the least was not as professional as they should be. Yet, they were very sweet, if we did make any complaints.

They took care of all my needs. Had to ask for towels every 12 hours are so. We could only get 2 to 3 each time for the four of us. I would stay here again. We where all happy. When something did go wrong, they fix it. Very little went wrong. This is a good place to stay and like I said, I would stay here again!
