The three-diamond Extended Stay Deluxe Boston Waltham is less than ten minutes from historic Lexington and Concord and only 20 minutes from downtown Boston. In the heart of Waltham off Exit 27A on Route 128/95, this Boston hotel is close to Brandeis University and Bentley College. Logan International Airport is approximately 20 miles from the hotel. Hotel amenities include an exercise room, outdoor pool, and a courtyard patio with barbecue grill. Every morning guests can enjoy a complimentary express breakfast featuring breads and fresh fruit. A complimentary 24-hour gourmet coffee bar with a variety of brewed coffees is available in the lobby. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, same-day dry cleaning, and 24-hour guest service. This all-suites hotel features spacious accommodations with a kitchen, living area, and separate bath and vanity area. Suite amenities include a sofa sleeper, cable TV, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, range, hairdryer and iron. Additionally, each suite features complete office amenities including two phone lines, personal voicemail, speakerphone and high-speed internet access. Non-smoking and handicap-accessible suites are available on request. The hotel will accept up to two household pets per suite, only one of which may be a dog weighing no more than 75 lbs. There is a minimum USD 100 cleaning fee charged upon arrival plus a USD 5 per night per pet daily charge. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

I thought this was a place that you could cook your own food. It's awful. A lousy pot and pan (which weren't in my room when I checked in), a couple plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, that's it. No spatula. No sponge to wipe the counter. No cutting board. So I cut raw meat on the counter, put it in the lousy pan to cook, and then got soap from the bathroom to clean the counter with my hands and wiped it off with a towel. Various other things sucked. The air conditioner of the first room they put me in made a horrific noise. Then my room was at the back of the hotel, but the card reader at the door back there didn't work (though they kept telling me to try again and it would work soon.) They clean your room and give you new towels and stuff once a week. No shampoo. The TV was kind of screwed up.

The beds were soft and comfy. When calling the desk for a coffee bun she suggested we come to the lobby for coffee. Iwould go back to this hotel any time for business or leisure. The beds are comfy, people were friendly and the rooms are clean. One room would easily sleep four or five people. We wanted to stay longer but had to travel on.

Horrible, horrible internet service. Bad smells in the rooms and in the hallways!! Rooms dark and gloomy even with lights on. Possible fleas in carpet. Wouldn't stay again even if it was free.

It is located real close to the expressway exit but well away from the highway--no noise. Gas station and up-scale restaurants within a block. Shopping (stocking up for lengthy stay) is considerable distance and inconvenient.

Accessibility of hotel to hospital where my husband was having an operation. Friendly staff, room was very clean and quiet, appliances looked good, although I did not cook, etc. Room had HBO.

If you want to stay for a long time, yhis would be a good choice. The apartment type setup is good for bigger groups. The rooms are comfortable and this is a godd place to check if other hotels are booked. The rates are reasonable.

Super loud A/C in all rooms, construction across the street begins at 6 AM mon-sat. Wifi is as fast as dialup (when it works at all) just horrible..

Room was very nice for the price, but the wireless broadband internet access was almost always unavailable, which is unacceptable for an extended stay hotel which caters to business travelers.

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space. The blinds didn't work. The room and public areas were very clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The lady at the desk was very patient and helpful. We would stay there again.

Had kitchen facilities The room was not clean, the bed smelled. The room was not clean. I opened a drawer to put away clothes and it was lined with long dark hairs, the next one was full of trash. The bed smelled. The experience was dreadful.

The staff was eager to help and assist. Room was dusty. The location of this hotel was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. The only complaint was that the room could've been a little bit cleaner and wish the doors had been locked to the main building late at night for security reasons.

Shuttle service is just perfect ! An excellent, comfortable and well priced facility with minimal (but more than adequate) amenities for a clean, comfortable and quiet stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and no request was beyond there ability to accommodate requests I had.

Had no heat. Overall, the hotel met our expectations; however we didn't realize we had a faulty heater until it was almost time to leave. Cold air blasted out of the wall unit when we turned the thermostat on to heat. Only had complimentary soap, no other items.

Good location off of Route 95. Although lot was full, it was quiet. Areas near elevators needed to be vacuumed. Only coffee or tea was available in the lobby in the morning. Juices/muffins/etc were not offered.
