First of all the price, and since they couldn't accommodate me with a handicap room, they gave us complimentary breakfast that was to die for. They need a deposit. Hands down, this is the spot to stay. The grounds are amazing.

Clean, but basic. Pool was not heated. No maid service for short stays-once a week. No continental breakfast.

For the price it was excellent. If I could get a room in this hotel for the same price all the time, my stays would always at this location.

It was comfortable and mostly clean. The AC blew hot air. I had to disconnect the thermostat because there was no maintenance crew on the weekend. I was underwhelmed.

The front desk staff's friendly attitude. No bedding was in the room for the couch. No shampoo was automatically available. The kitchen facilities were nice to have. I would have rather had a king size bed for my husband and myself. The bedding should have already been in the room for the pullout couch.

Large room was nice. TV contrast was very dark. I asked for the master controller to correct the dark television but the desk clerk could not provide one.

Staff was most helpful. When I could not take shampoo on the airline, the hostess at Extended Stay said no problem. The staff was most helpful.

Great, a home away from home, DVD player and nice furniture. No comedy central, even though standard Extended Stay has it. Also WiFi always seems saturated. This is the bestin Silicon Valley if you don't mind being a short freeway drive from all the action. The room has everything you need, and the area is nice and quiet, although there's not a whole lot to do anywhere nearby. Unfortunately, it's a little far from anything on the peninsula, and not quite a straight shot to anything north of San Jose, but it's right next to 85 and 101, and not far from 87.

Reasonable price near major transit routes. Lack of shampoo and other personnel hygiene items. The hotel was more that able to meet my expectations for a clean night stay at a reasonable price.

Big room, clean, and cheap! Lack of dish soap! Overall a great hotel. Very nice service. Rooms were good, just lack of dish soap and sponge. How amI suppose to wash the dishes? Besides that a great stay!

Close to where I need to be. Nothing to complain about. Clean, quiet and convenient. Shopping center across the street. Close to everything.

Large room. Double bed too small and hard, TV too small, large crack in bathroom floor. Pillows were terrible (and yes that is important for good sleep). The lone bed in the room should have been a queen or king, not the double that was there. Bed was also too hard.

Kitchenette. Television blurred on several stations. A great location for any traveler to San Jose, Ca. area. Just off freeway and yet has a scheduled feel. Grocery store within walking distance.

Location and staff. The hall smelled due to dogs staying in all of the rooms next to us. The staff was great! But they put us in a room next to long-term residents that had barking dogs and the hall smelled! We didn't have dogs! So this was a bit disturbing. The carpet in the room was very dirty as well as the couch. I have had better experiences at Extended stays elsewhere. It was pretty disgusting!

It was fairly close to freeway. Air conditioner did not work/no toilet paper. We were unable to sleep well because it was very stuffy in there, in the morning we discovered there was no toilet paper and still unable to operate the air, we did let them know, very clean.
