As a guest of Extended Stay Deluxe, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

I came to run the inaugural 2009 Seattle Rock 'N' Roll Marathon, and the race start was only about a mile away from the hotel. It was nice to have a few days of relaxation and great rest before the race. The surrounding area had great places to walk around with shade trees all around you. I'd stay there again if I had to do it all over again.

The rooms were large with a sitting area (sofa and recliner). This looked top be a fairly new facility. The two women at the reception desk. Thee room was clean except for near the beds and the bedside tables. It was obvious that these areas had not been vacuumed.

----After staying elsewhere during our vacation in Seattle were very pleased with the quality of the facility. Immediately felt at home. Spacious, clean room, a bathtub and a shower to satisfy both our preferences, clean well- adorned hallways and elevator. Staff very friendly. A few additional amenities available (shampoo, travel items). Given a typed summary of nearby restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. ---After two days of restaurant eating only, we were happy to shop at nearby grocery and just prepare our meal in the delightful kitchen. All needed pans, dishes, and utensils provided along with toaster and coffee maker (extra coffee pouches available at front desk). Sofa to lounge on, as well as a recliner. Even a DVD player had we wanted to watch a rented DVD. Bed was in a nook area making it feel more separated from the rest of the room. ---Iron and ironing board, spacious closet (mirrored on outside). ---Shuttle to airport not available until 7AM, therefore we felt we needed to move for the last night to accommodate our need for early AM flight. ---------WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!

The facilities in general had everything, but it was all with simple taste, which I'm sure helps keep the rates down. Our room was directly above the sparkling pool, adjacent to parking lots of some larger businesses, but some very large trees gave us lots of privacy. Location was convenient to several restaurants, and to both I-405 and I-5. The only bad thing is that our room smelled of smoke, though it was supposed to be non-smoking, so I had to wash all our clothes when we got home. But I can't say enough about the staff. Everybody was VERY helpful, and as a result it was a great stay.

Large room, very hot water in washing machines. Takes a while to check in with lots of paperwork. Good location right off the highway. Nice size room with a couch and recliner.

We booked through online travel website and paid ahead of time. The man (with earrings on both ears) at the desk "Mr. X" was very rude and he was arguing that online travel website is always bad and the hotel price we have been charged for is not correct on monday night (Aug. 20 '07). There was a distaste against us when he was talking to us. The next day morning (Tuesday/Aug 21 '07), we found that our rental car/SUV Toyota Highlander was broken and the 5 pieces of luggage we have kept inside for early checkout were stolen. The right front window was broken. The SUV was parked in front of the reception desk under a well lit lamp post. It was very bad and terrible that we lost all our belongings and had to go back home cutting short our trip. When we complained to the lady in the service desk area, she answered that it is common and it might happen to anybody, without even showing surprise or shock or any other emotions. We suspect that because of the room rate argument, those people planned the break-in. Also the room and the hallway were stinking like anything. Like a fish odor. Our room did not get cleaned everyday. To avoid such misfortune for other guests in future, someone should advise that this extended stay america at Oaksdale,Renton,Seattle should have security cameras or should hire security person to monitor at night. It is a not a safe and secure place to stay. Our life is at a stake if we stay at this place.

The setting and the size of the room was huge with a full kitchen. Hard to find off the beaten path.

It was a suite, so for the price it was incredible! The bed was a little hard. The suite was great for the price. Comfy living space, nice kitchen area and spacious bathroom. Bed was a little hard, otherwise everything was great. Pool closed for the season, and fitness room has three machines in it. But still nice if you wanted to get on a treadmill or bike.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Nice little continental breakfast. Bed was hard, kitchen and bathroom areas were not clean. Should be a 1*. This hotel is off the main areas of Renton. It's very attractive from the outside. The lobby area is appealing. The staff was very friendly and informative. The light breakfast was good. The biggest problem with this hotel is cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, didn't feel real safe there. Protect your belongings!

The friendly staff. The bathroom could have been cleaner (drawers). I was just an overnight guest there to pick up a family member from the airport. The street was safe, and very quiet. I very much liked that as I was a single traveler getting there late at night. The bed was real comfy, and so was the other furniture. The only thing I would suggest is to have the cleaning service make sure that all drawers in the bathroom are wiped out. It did look very functional though, and I was told by another guest that the oven temp was spot on if I was planning on baking.

Convenient location for business in Renton. Despite the fact that I had a non-smoking room, it had been smoked in and not cleaned very well. Easy to get to, this Extended Stays hotel once again convinces me that there is no standard for this chain other than the description of the manager. This one was decent and represented a good value for the area.

It was clean. It was like an apartment, not a hotel. It's clean and roomy but make sure you take everything you need with you. I had to go buy a bottle of shampoo because I expected to have it at the hotel.

Very spacious, liked having a kitchen, never really need to leave the hotel it has it all! Very clean, felt cozy, very relaxing! The latest you can check out is 11:45 am. Hotel staff was a bit rude when asked for late check out. Excellent for a get a way or for the family. Very clean spacious rooms and having a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and microwave gives you the comfort of home. Would highly recommend.

None. Everything. Not friendly. Not safe. Nobody available for late check-in. We stood outside for more than 2 hours in the midnight. No apology from the manager after that. Our room is not cleaned up when we came in and the manager won't do anything about that. Totally a disaster, never go there again!
