The three-diamond Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel Scottsdale is conveniently located in the Agua Caliente shopping center, six miles from Old Town Scottsdale. Downtown Phoenix attractions are approximately 15 miles away, while the Arizona State Fairgrounds are just a mile away. Within six miles of the hotel are Casino Arizona, Taliesin West, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale Airport, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall TPC Golf Course, and West World. Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 12 miles away. Whether staying for business or pleasure, all guests are encouraged to check out the exercise room, outdoor pool, and courtyard patio with barbecue grill. Every morning guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee bar. This all-suites hotel features spacious accommodations with a sofa sleeper, television, two-line speaker phone with voicemail, high-speed Internet access, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, range, separate bath and vanity, hairdryer, and iron. Non-smoking and handicap-accessible units are available on request. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. My stay at the extended stay deluxe of phoenix was good. But the only thing if you stay at the end of the hall were everyone come in and out the doors slam very hard. Maybe there is a way for the hotel to fix that . The room was very clean and very nice. I would stay again. It was really close to our daughter apartment.

Had everything you needed except weights for the fitness room. Charge for internet. Had everything we wanted. Even included a DVD player if needed. Near to many things, convenient, quiet. Pool was heated and nice hot tub. Great experience.

Scottsdale can be costly. This hotel was of good quality for the star rating and price. The hotel has clean, very nice rooms with kitchenette, and living area. Outdoor pool has shade from the heat (90 during my stay in April) and BBQ area. The hotel is slightly off the main road, so it was very quiet. Plenty of parking. Good size room for money. The wild bunnies running around on the grass were delightful.

It was pleasant and well set up. We didn't need more. The clerk at the desk didn't know the names of the roads nearby but we worked it out together. We were impressed with the concept of the hotel and my husband has been telling friends about it.

We worked in the area for 2.5 weeks and this facility worked well for us. Front desk was friendly with directions, local restraunt advice, etc. Rooms were comfortable and never felt cramped for the long stay. Laundry room was convenient and fitness room well equipped. The once a week housekeeping is kind of a let down but the front desk was always helpful with any supplies we needed such as more towels or soaps. The only 'surprise' was when the nightly rate went up for the last 2 nights of our stay when we were not informed that this would happen when we made the reservation.

Kitchen available. Bathroom floor was not swept, after the previous guest. It was cozy, and very convenient for a short business travel and the kitchen afforded me the opportunity to save money on food.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, the premises and room were quiet, and there were no problems. The location's convenient. Get breakfast somewhere else, though.

It had a kitchen. No breakfast in the morning, bed was not comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no continental breakfast in the morning.

Traveling with a toddler the Extended Stay gave us enough extra room to accomodate the pack&play and the fridge was great for kid snacks. Breakfast is only provided M-F though. The location is great - walking distance to restaurants, groceries and a 24hr Walgreens.

Close to everything including Metro Center Mall that has an amusement park. Perfect for stays beyond 3 days, stock fridge etc. very comfortable

Clean, kitchenette, good location. Older finishes, must pay for broadband internet connection. Good basic place to stay. Clean, quiet, business friendly. Nice pool and patio.

I liked the kitchen space and all the supplies in it. There were adequate for our needs. The TV rotated easily to be seen from many spots. I have a one-year-old and the kitchen wasn't very child-proof. This hotel was very nice. The room was attractive and up-to-date. There was plenty of parking outside for us; we had a moving truck towing a car as well as another car, and there was not a problem finding parking for us or the other people staying at the hotel. It was quiet in our room and we never heard any other people.

Good customer service. DVD player was broken, ice cube maker broken. Quiet, friendly, really comfortable room, fantastic kitchen facility. I love it!

It has a pull out sofa bed. Bathroom was small but adequate. Staff was friendly; room was clean and had a pull out couch because 2 people were on this business trip.

Liked the mini-kitchen. Beds were not super comfy. Would be nice for staying more than a night or two because of the full size fridge, real dishes & dishwasher.

Quiet. Heavy chemical deodorant smell from cleaners, damp floors. Hotel was decent. It was further from where I had centered my search than I hoped.
