As a guest of Extended Stay Deluxe, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. It is very economical.

This hotel advertised that it was recently renovated, however, this meant it was simply repainted. The sofabed was very uncomfortable and dirty. There was a sour smell in the room and the rug was filthy. Kitchen was very dirty and the stove was old and worked poorly. There was a shortage of clean towels throuhgout our stay (mgmt said they were short of towels). AC worked terrific and was controlled by a wall thermostat. Parking lot was well lite and the grounds around the hotel were well kept. This is one of the worst Extended Stay properties we have stayed at and would not recommend it.

My laundry was stolen. The fire alarm kept on beeping every 1 minute because of lack of battery. The receptionist said, maintenance will check next day. The laundry got stolen. They had a camera but the receptionist didn't knew how to check the camera tapes. The fire alarm kept on beeping every 1 minute because of lack of 9v battery. I told the receptionist and he mentioned that maintenance will look at it next morning. After I argued he finally gave me a new 9v battery and I had to install it myself. The receptionist didn't say sorry for the trouble or anything.

The full kitchen with dishwasher and fast internet. The front desk staff were unhelpful, curt on their reply, and very unwelcoming. The facilities were great, the only minus are the front desk staff. Maybe they should be reminded that they work in a Hotel business and hospitality is something their guests are looking forward to.

It was quiet. Internet was a bit slow, but not bad. Pretty good overall, quiet (which I've had a problem with before at other hotels), and they had internet. I wasn't there except for at night so I can't tell ya much.

Convenient. Staff did not inform of amenities i.e. free breakfast & where. Staff was not helpful. Staff did not respond to requests for service or help unless you insisted. Staff did not inform guests of amenities - you just had to 'discover' them. The cleaning personel came at 8 a.m. on cleaning day and did not knock - woke me up and I ask her to come back later, did not return that day or next day. The next day came again unannounced early in morning, was not ready but told her the room needed cleaning badly and come back in an hour and it would be ready for her. Did not show up! Which means I was there for 10 days and my room was not swept, bath cleaned, bed changed, etc. Was very irritating. Asked staff for extra utensils, pans, etc., said they did not know where to find it, but if I came downstairs they would give me a key and I could look around for myself? After 10 days, the dirty room and nonresponsive staff grated on nerves and I was ready to leave. The accommodations were clean in lobby, etc. The elevator was not reliable, and when I went through the lobby (very small lobby, staff less than 8 feet away) no one mentioned the elevator and I had to ask where the stairs were. Location was convenient to plano and north Sallas, Carrolton.

Low cost, free breakfast and kitchen. Too smoky. This hotel is great for travelers on limited budget. Great location and room including the kitchen. The only issue is the whole non-smoking floor is very smoky and even our room is filled with cigarette smoke the whole time we were there.

Lots of space in hotel room. Not so attractive decor wise. Also dishwasher did not work. Good for a stay where you might need a kitchen, or just some extra room. Great do having breakfast in your room etc. because of the kitchen, however, there aren't many utensils & plates to use so may want to bring in some paper goods etc. for that. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Clean and friendly. There is nothing much to do except watching TV. Good and nice for comfort long stay. Exercise room is small. Overall it is a value for money stay and I am enjoying it!

The kitchen was great and people friendly. Not close enough to my work area. Istayed in Frisco area but whereI worked was 20-25 min away in Frisco, TX. If you could get closer radius to offer areas, it would help.
