It was cheap. The hotel and room claimed to be 100% smoke free, but reeked of cigarette smoke. The room size was decent but the furnishings and amenities were completely outdated. It was in the middle of a industrial park and completely away from any food establishments. The staff was nice enough, but we were at the hotel for less than 10 hours total.

location is superb, close in yet a bit of privacy too baggage carts do not work well with entry doors that open manually - really need entry door openers

Looked nice at first - full kitchen, office area, living room. Dirty sheets, dirty alarm clock, non-functioning TV, poor wireless internet, missing iron & coffeepot.

The manager was great and warm. There were some front desk individuals that were less professional, who did not greet me nor acknowledge me. The location was not near very much, dark area more in a business park space. I was lost most of the time and as a woman I did not feel safe there. The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Whether relaxing or a business trip it is a perfect hotel.

Fridge, microwave, oven a plus. Close to grocery store. Creaky floors, no utensils or pans. Great price, close to the bay. Decent commute to Oakland.

The young lady who works at the front desk named Nicole. The price is right. If you expect everything to work do not come to this facility. One stay I had no heating, another time the shower curtain holder was broken, another stay guest services was horrible. I only come to this location because it is close to where I work. What amazes me is that quite a few Oakland Raiders stay at this location because it's next to their facility. You would expect better service than what they supply.

We had to change rooms because the toilet was broken, the new room smelled like the food from the people who stayed there before. The room was great and the girl at the front desk was great too. I don't like that you have to pay extra to use the internet.

Kitchenette, spacious room (like apartment). Good, if staying for a week and want to save food money by using the kitchen and eating in. Also had a bed in the couch if kids were present.

Comp Breakfast. Location. The hotel was clean and nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The only thing negative I can say is the locaion of the hotel is odd. It is located in a buisness park. very quiet though!
