The room was not clean. My husband and I had to stop by a near by Wal-Mart to pick up cleaning supplies. It was awful!!!!!! The panel inside the hotel was also falling down. This hotel needs to do some serious renovation!

From the initial check-in until check-out, the entire staff was very rude. No one manned the front desk. The phone to contact the front desk, which was outside one set of doors and in the foyer, rang 5-20 times before anyone came from the office to answer it. We were exposed to 3 shifts, and the front desk person on every shift acted like it was an imposition to have to actually wait on us. One of our rooms did not have any glasses or washcloths. The manager told us to come to the front desk to have these items replaced. We were in the breakfast bar at this time, a whole 20 steps from the front desk. When we approached the desk, he walked away and acted like he had no idea what we needed. We will never stay in this hotel again, and WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay there! We specifically requested nonsmoking rooms. One room was so stinky from cigarette smoke, a family member actually had to use her asthma medicine and move to the other room we had booked.

one of my kids pillows was a pillowcase stuffed with a blanket, front desk made us bring dirty towels to get clean ones, potatos and onions left in cabinets and utensils didn't look clean

The breakfast bar/table between the kitchen and the bedroom was loose and wobbly upon arrival. The second day, I had my laptop and other computer equipment on the bar. When I tried to get up and pusshed away from the bar, it fell off completely throwing everything on the floor. The manager and maintenance staff were very appologetic and comped our stay. They also filed a damage report with their insurance carrier. It included the wireless adapter and a portable external hard drive which were damaged. When I finally talked to the adjustor, she said the hotel was denying any liability because they didn't know the bar/table was faulty. The total cost is several $100's. Not nice! I plan to consult an attorney.

I liked the location of it very much. The staff was rude and they would not let us have clean towels until we were there for our third day. The hotel looks great on the outside and even in the lobby. Once in the room there was stains all over the carpet, the remotes to the TV didn't work, the bed was not comfortable, the staff was not very friendly unless you were drunk and talking to them. I was there with 4 children and we couldn't even get clean towels until the night before we left and we were there 3nights 4 days. Every time we would ask it was one excuse after another. They said they offered extra amenities and they refused to give us even a razor. Oh and the breakfast was bad the bagels were so hard you could not eat them.

Dang..couldn't the front desk check in people at least smile and pretend they are glad you came to stay with them...and you know who you are. The rooms wer okay...living room furniture is very old and outdated..i guess shabby chic is in...the bedrooms were better and the kitchenette was wonderful. One of the rooms was too hot in the living room and maintenance had gone so they gave us the room right next door also...cool....the next morning someone called and wanted to know what the heck we were doing staying in that room! Go figure. I won't let that color my experience..glad it was close to shopping at Wolf Chase. DI would stay again...how about more in the way of breakfast..and a popcorn machine and free sodas and a nightly buffet..oh sorry that was the oother hotel I stayed in...

This facility was more than I had expected. I thought it would be just another business trip hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room and the facilitly grounds. This establishment is located quietly behind a delightful shopping center conveniently just off of the interstate. I couldn't help but have a wonderful time at this facility. Thank you guys very much, and I have recommended it to several of my friends that have stayed there since my stay. So thanks again, next time I'm bringing the wife and child!!

The cont. breakfast was nonthing to write home about. No juice or water. JUst coffee and pastry. Some fruit. The room was clean and comfortable. Large area, fridge, coffee pot and stove. Not bad.

I liked the convince to shopping. I hated the sound of the highway. I hated the unpleasant night receptionist. The hotel was very stuffy at times. The maintenance staff took forever to fix my air conditioner.The location was kind of isolated from the wolf chase traffic. It was close to shopping but yet far away.

The front desk person was not friendly at all....the room was ok but the furniture was well worn and dirty black spots on the furniture and carpetingin living room. bedroom was fine. The airconditioning in said living room did not work and we were given another room for overnight...the next morning someone called demanding to know why we were in the room..duh....the swimming pool was nice and the gym a joke..you get better mileage just walking around the mall areas. The breakfast if you want to call it that was pitiful,. Good thing the rooms had a full kitchen. Would I stay again...I will probably look elsewhere for the amount of money we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. Like the previous guy said ...you get what you pay for.

This hotel was not at all what I expected. The area of Memphis is an upscale area - this hotel is not. There is NO INDOOR POOL, even though the description lists one. Every room smells like smoke. We tried 3 different ones and could not get any improvement. I will NOT return.

the pool was nasty. the staff was rude. they promissed to get a working DVD player and they never did. we stay at this same hotel but in another city for three weeks and we were miserable. but not nearly as bad as this one.

Never had to leave the hotel, everything was there. I wish it had an indoor pool. The hotel was nice and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again. It was clean and the hotel staff were great.
