Extended Stay Deluxe Meadow Creek is located approximately three miles from Texas Stadium, seven miles from Irving Mall, and 10 miles from Lonestar Race Track. This location is also two miles from Studios of Las Colinas and The Mustangs.Hotel amenities include the exercise room, outdoor swimming pool, and gourmet coffee in the morning, Monday through Friday. The hotel also offers onsite laundry facilities (24-hour, coin-operated) and wireless high-speed Internet access (fees apply). Office hours are 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. The front desk can assist you with mail delivery and fax and copy service. One pet is allowed in each guest room. A 25 per day non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75) will be charged the first night of your stay.Guest units feature separate sleeping and working/living areas, sofa sleepers, dual-line-telephones, dataports, free local phone calls, personalized voicemail, irons and ironing boards, and kitchens with dining and cooking utensils, refrigerators, microwaves, and stovetops. Full housekeeping service is provided once every seven days (for guests staying seven or more nights). Additional cleanings can be purchased at 10 per service. Refresh service is 5.

customer service was very good.. We did have a minor problem with heating , but was repaired very quickly. It was a very pleaseant stay. It was staying at a one bedroom apt. The location was unbelieveable. The fact that we had our own kitchen was great.. Would defintely stay again....

Location to where we needed to be. Size and cleanliness of suite. DVD player. First suite assigned on check-in had only one bed - no pullout sofa as expected. It was worn looking, burns on the counter, smelled of smoke. Pool was closed. Sometimes clerks do not seem real responsive to service needs.

This Extended Stay hotel had a few problems - and sometimes those come in threes - The first room I checked in to late one evening had not been cleaned well - food stuck in microwave, bathroom not cleaned and floor grimey - DVD player and TV also did not work. I was too tired to change but first thing the next morning - I was moved immediately to a different room. I stayed several weeks and whenever something was not working well or needed to be exchanged - the staff was quick to remedy the situation. After a very short time, everyone felt like family - Location was wonderful for me - I felt safe and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd like to suggest that they replace ALL mattress pads with those that cover entire mattress - they would not stay on the mattress under the sheet - slid around - and every morning fitted sheet was off the edges and lumpy. Also suggestion to please see that each room has adequate supplies - ie - working toaster, utensils and pots/pans - Loved the oatmeal bath soap though! And yes, I'll stay here again -

The room was really big! Love the kitchen in the room. They could of called me to let me know if they didn't get my pillows so I didn't have to go back to them and find out they didn't have them! The rooms are big for the money.

Desk clerk had bad body odor. They charge for WiFi. They had no luggage carts, so had to make 3 trips from car to room with luggage - both checking in and checking out. They had no de-caf coffee for the coffee pot in the room - anywhere in the hotel. The room rate was far more than a motel of this poor class should charge. They didn't even have a Continental breakfast in the lobby. The lobby, rooms, etc. were very spartan. We checked out after one night.

Nice people working there. Fire alarm at 1AM- stood our side one hour. Bed should be burned, TV did not work first night there, they fixed. Fire alarm at 1am caused by guest cooking in there room, rang for 30 minutes loud enough to wake the dead. Stood outside for about a hour.

Good location, cheap, clean. No shampoo. This hotel was very simple but clean. The location is very convenient to Irving and Las Colinas.

Full size kitchen/fridge was very helpful! Had 6 people in a room with one bed! This hotel is convenient to Six Flags and the airport. There is a $3 per day charge for housekeeping.

Good space and extended stay features like kitchen, stove and fridge. I would definitely come back here to stay.

Price. Heat did not work in the room. This was our first unhappy experience with an Extended Stay hotel. When we arrived, we were placed in a room with no working heat. We were then placed in a room across the hall. The desk clerk then offered to provide shampoo as a courtesy but could find none.

Nice location, convenient to shopping, restaurants. Rooms not adequately supplied. I was originally put into a room with a door that could not properly shut and on top of that, had no secondary locking mechanism. Upon voicing my concerns I was promptly put into another room. This room was ok, plenty of room. Unfortunately the motel's housekeeping doesn't do a very good job. Insufficient toilet paper, an obviously broken coffee pot, insufficient coffee, no paper towels and unclean countertops.

The room was not clean and the staff keep bugging us early in the morninng. The staff keeps checking in the morning if we want to stay or check out so I start to notify them the night before of my plans. Did not help they keep try to open the door; they said that they did not get the message. So I told them in the morning still they try to open the door at the end I gave up and just lock the door at all time. They still check the room but no cleaning.

Fantastic room layout, it had everything without feeling cramped. The towels were dirty, the AC vents were not clean and the kitchen was not wiped down. Great hotel, but just bring your own cleaning supplies and bed linens.

The room was . The were fleas in the bed that were biting me. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was that the TV kept fading to a red color and in the main bed it felt like fleas were biting me. Once I moved to the couch bed I was fine. Other then that I would recommend staying at the hotel.

Wide screen TV on wheeled stand allowed it to be turned to Sofa or Bed. The establishment was comprised of several smaller buildings (10 units of 8 rooms, 4 rooms per separate entryway) around a grassy area with walkways and seating. It was very inviting and I wish I had more time to spent there.

Price and good Customer Service. Nothing. Customer Service friendly, very clean and even offer coffee am should you wish for that. I would highly recommend this hotel for price and all the above.
