The room was great, the beds were comfortable and there was a great dinner restaraunt within walking distance. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. But I would stay again, this is a great location for visiting downtown.

Front desk staffis very helpful and friendly and I enjoy speaking with him. Entrance to the hotel is kind of hard to get even with GPS. Guys this Hotel design is very nice. Room equipped with small kitchen. And great for longer stay. I love it and recommend it.

Very roomy. Tub was very dirty. Very roomy, nice atmosphere. Great kitchen. Bathroom was the only disappointment.

Great location, beautiful setting. Condition of room. The location and overall appearance of the hotel was great. The bed was unstable and crammed against the air conditioner, the bathroom was dirty, there were no cups or toiletries, and the overall look of the room suggested it hadn't seen maid service for awhile (dust, etc).

Well appointed. Fold out sofa had no sheets or blankets & bathroom was dirty. We had driven 11 hours from ft. Myers and all we wanted was some sleep but my brother and his fiancé had to sleep on the couch because there was only one bed not two like we were promised. The pull out couch had no linen and the bathroom was dirty.

I got out. Staff is inept, no electrical outlet in the bathroom, the "shore" was a hole in the bathroom floor with a cheap shower curtain (not kidding about this. This hotel is overpriced at any price each and every time I left my room I had to go to the desk and have my key redone in order to get back in the room.

I had to wait for about 30 minutes to get in my room and the staff treated us like cheap customers. More over it happened at 11 pm when we're dog tire

Price -period. LICE, the room was infected with LICE. when I asked desk clerk to help they told me to complain manager and they told me that he returns to work in 4 days and to call him then! I asked for another room which they did but they did not provide any help in washing all our clothes or linens.
