I reserved a non smoking room, the whole floor I was on was smoking, the only thing that made my room non smoking was a sign on the tv cabinet. However there were ashtrays in the cabinets, the smell gave me a headache. The gormet breakfast was coffee, and bagels. That does not qualify as gormet. The last day I had to take a cold water shower, the whole building was without hot water, at 7AM comeon! They had van service to anywhere within 5 miles, however the driver does not know the area and was lost three blocks away. As you can guess this is the last time I will stay at any Extended Stay hotel.

I called hours before my eventual arrival because due to bad weather my flight was going to be delayed. The front desk attendant informed me to enter the hotel & pick up the courtesy phone, dial 0 and one of the staff would be there to help- as they do not have a late nite concierge. When I arrived at 2:55am I began to dial 0 on the phone. All I recieved was a busy signal, this went on for over 2 hours. I wound up sleeping in a chair in the foyer until the morning desk clerk showed up at 7am. He was more than helpful, as he was the one who I had spoken to on the phone. There was another employee who I had seen moments before who claimed there was no reservation for me, and told me that I'd have to wait until the other clerk arrived. The room was non-smoking, however I do not think that the floor was non-smoking because the hallway REEKED of cigarettes.I was not given any sort of means to compensate me for either my time, or trouble since I had PAID for the hotel room for the night and was unable to check in and get into the room to SLEEP in the room until almost 8am.

This was my first experience with an Extended Stay property, and I was staying for 1 night and the decision was based on price and brand recognition. Though the staff was courteous I had the feeling they were recruited from the fast food industry. The lobby was nice but it went downhill from there. The fitness center consisted of a treadmill, stiarclimber and recumbent bike. The pool was postage stamp size. The rooms were a bit dingy. When I asked for assistance from the desk staff it was surreal.

Large room with kitchenette and sitting area. There was a weird smell in the room and the bed was too small for 2 people. I would rank this hotel average, the room was large with a kitchenette and sitting area. There was a weird smell in the room and the bed (full size) was too small for 2 people.

I booked this trip for my grandparents to stay, they went to Texas to see my aunt who is dying of cancer. Their flight came in late and they were tired they went to find the hotel which is not marked very well. When they finally got there and tried to check in the person behind the counter gave them a room card key they proceeded to try and find their room (you have to drive around and look) they could not find the room. They went back up to the desk asked where the room was located the hotel attendant pointed in a general direction when they finally found the place the key card did not work. They tried it every way by now they were so tired and the front desk person did not want to help , they slept in the car the first night (my grandparents are in their 70's and sleeping in a car?!) The next morning after they got no sleep kind of hard to get comfortable in the car they went back to the desk a new person came out and showed them the room found out the key didn't work and set them up with a new room. They went into to clean up a little and when my grandma turned on the kitchen sink it flooded the floor. Here the plumbing wasn't hooked up under the sink. This is a terrible place and I would never recommend anyone to stay here. In my opinion the people working at the hotel should have come right out and helped them. People who are 70 years old should not have to sleep in the car that is unnaceptable especially when they have a room . Don't waste your money & time here!

Have stayed here before, and got same room so no problems. Liked it nothing negative to say. Hotel nice enough for the priceI payed. Breakfast in the morning was free.

This was a nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and accomidated us with everything we asked for. When we first got there we were put in a smoking room when we asked for a non-smoking room. But the front desk was very quick with finding us a non-smoking room. Also, we were staying there as an anniversary getaway and we didn't know the area. The staff was extremely helpful in telling us where some good places were to help us celebrate. The only bad thing was that the pool wasn't heated like the description said it was. Other than that we would definately stay there again!

It was like home. Location and in anindustrial area. The grounds were emasculate, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished.

We knew this was not the place for us, when we walked into the hotel lobby after driving almost 6 hours, kids and cats in hand, to be greeted not with a welcome, but with news that we didn't have a reservation after all. Overall, we counted the days until we could move to another hotel. We had to empty our own trash cans, with maid service only once a week the room quickly became dirty. No real breakfast (unless you count stale bagels and coffee) during the week, and none at all on the weekends. Probably OK for a very short stay, but not a long one. Scarce staff, slow internet and the pool was not heated, like advertised, made us glad to leave.

Excellent. Toilet was broke had to plunge every use. Everything was great except the toilet being broke we had to plunge it after every use. I'm sure they would have given us another room but we were all unpacked and had everything put away before we realized it would be a continual problem. We were not in the room much during the day so it was alright.

The Wireless Internet is slower than dial up. If you are looking for a hotel and need the internet for anything important, I would suggest looking elsewhere."

Nice place to stay - near a highway - kitchen helps when you travel with child. Nothing super spectacular. Comes with a kitchen - microwave, fridge, plates, knives, forks etc. Very convenient when you are traveling with a small child. Staff working there is always very friendly and helpful. I stayed here several times.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Entrance from road is difficult to get to. This is an extended stay hotel. The staff remembers their frequent guests and makes them feel welcome. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to get to from the street and can be frustrating.

Clean room. Bad physical location, hard to locate, directions lacking. Anyone who books this hotel needs to phone the hotel office and receive verbal directions. The directions downloaded from Google and Map quest are very inaccurate. I drove around for over an hour trying to follow the blooming' directions, then finally called the hotel. It's in a very inaccessible location, behind another hotel and not actually visible from the road. This was the only problem. The hotel staff confirmed that others have a difficult time finding the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable and up to date. Room is somewhat small. Breakfast is limited. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the hotel is. I had stayed at a similar type of hotel in Tennessee and it was very run down. This extended stay was in very good condition, very clean and did not smell like a combination of 15 types of food.

Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff did not know where any of the great restaurants or shopping was and the rooms were filthy. Don't bother, there are better hotels close by. Skip on this filthy mess.

The location was close to the highway as well as local shopping. The smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The hotel was great, onceI fumigated the room it was perfect. The staff was nice, the hotel was fine for the money.

The food offered for breakfast (bagels only) and the staff except for the one. Good hotel overall but don't expect much from them, they will not do much to help you out nor be very friendly so just be prepared.
