Comfortable and close to the airport.

I travel alot to Juneau and the only place I stay is here at the Extended Stay. The rooms are clean, it is quiet. And the front of the house staff are very friendly and willing to help you any way they can. I had problems with thier room and they were there and fixed it right away. I will recommend this place to anyone I know!

THis hotel has gone down hill since it changed from ASPEN to Extended Stays. What you should know... 1. Rooms are dirty and only cleaned once per week. 2. They do not provide shampoo, you have to ask for coffee. 3. Service staff are no where to be found late at night, I recently tried to check out early in the am, but no one was there. 4. They lost my last reservation. 5. They advertise a shuttle van to and from the airport, but frequently don't have a driver. I stayed at this hotel because I don't have a lot of options as a state employee. I would advise others to pick another location.

Convenient, close to shopping areas and in room kitchenette. Mattress were too firm and pillows were small.

I was there 10 days hotel front desk said hi only twice otherwise they ignored me. Exercise room sparse only two exercies choices. Room service one a week they never cleaned my room. Placed boxes for trash outside the room it took two days to pick up. I was entitled to a voucher for free stay in future did not bother to pick up. Washer and Dryer were convenient.

The room was neat and included a small kitchenet. It would have been tight with another person though. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again. Location is across from airport. Easy walk to transit system if not renting car.

Nice bagels and fresh fruit for breakfast. Whirlpool was not very hot. Staff was friendly and overall experience was enjoyable.

On a two week vacation through AK, this was the most expensive and the worst accomadation we experienced. Upon arrival they lost our reservation, the carpet was dirty, there was mold growing in the shower, no breakfast when we came downstairs, wireless internet? yes, for an extra fee. Don't bother stopping at this facility.

This hotel is undergoing renovation, but still trying to take customers. They do not deal with it well. Most od what you see is not true - no pool, no laundry, water is off much of the day, the halls are dirty, gounds are littered to the extreme,and it is generally unhospitable. Go elsewhere.

The room has good cooking /small kitchenette. None. Close to airport , staff are polite, and helpful. The pool was cold and the mattress was to soft.

Close to airport. The breakfast bar was disgusting. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the only complaint I have is the breakfast. Why bother when it is such a messy area and bad dried out foods. It turns my stomach and I end up either not eating breakfast or going somewhere else.

The staff was outstanding. Bigger fitness room. The staff at this hotel was fantastic. Despite floods, avalanches, and power outages there were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Hands on Management. Provided courtesy taxi to and from transportation. Convenient to airport. Clean suites with kitchenette, recliner, and comfortable bed. Very helpful manager and staff. Highly recommended.

The shuttle service that allows me to get around with out taxi. The swimming pool seems to have problems with temp control. Overall felt very comfortable and the staff was good, just wanted to be able to swim and the pool was cold and there was dirt in the corner of the hot tub so did not feel comfortable using that either.

Well maintained, kitchenette and great showers. Kids running up and hallway till 10:00PM. We have stayed there several times and with their recent remodeling it was our most enjoyable stay.

Close proximity to airport. Maid service only once a week. Nice place for a short stay. Close to airport (walking distance). Rooms are clean equipped with full kitchen, recliner and DVD player. Pets are allowed with a deposit. Only bummer is that maid service is offered only once per week, although clean towels and sheets are available upon request.

Room was not cleaned and the room I recived did not have a handle on the toilet I had to use the chain.
