Nice kitchenette. Feather pillows too soft. Very nice. Enjoyed having a suite to spread out. Excellent value through Priceline.

The full kitchen was great. Only clean rooms once a week. Overall the staff was very nice. The night staff was less so than the day staff.

Rooms weren't very clean. Were told everyday that they were out of towels. Front desk would promise to bring them up and would forget. Had to request a desk chair.

I didn't like the 9:00 am housekeeping knock every morning. Overall the hotel was nice & may stay there again.

Could hear an alarm clock at 2 am that rang until 4am. This disturbed my sleep. This happened both days.

I really liked the location of the property. The room was very spacious. My AC unit was not operational. I was too tired to switch rooms when I realized it. The window was open when I arrived-that should have been a clue.

Excellent staff and nice size rooms. None. This was a nice clean conveniently located hotel. I liked the size of the suite and the kitchen and bath were very nice. Good decor, clean. Computer/eating area as well.

Very nice suite with kitchen, fitness facility. A new and well maintained facility. Roomy suite included a sitting area and a small kitchen. Coin laundry and a fitness facility were available. Although there is no dining facility in the hotel, there are numerous good restaurants nearby. Staff was efficient and helpful.

Spacious with work space plus couch. Very comfortable for both short & long stays, for work or leisure. Location is ideal for airport and restaurant access, especially if you have a car.

The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were much nicer than I expected. In the short time we stayed there we found nothing unpleasant and have nothing negative to say about our stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

Location was good for us. Limited breakfast selection looked nice. Air conditioner noisy and blew cold air directly onto bed all night. Nice facility but our particular room (216) arranged in such a way that the heating/cooling unit was very close to the bed. As such, it blew cold air directly onto the bed and made comfortable sleep very difficult. Furthermore, unit was not only noisy but cycled on and off every 6 - 7 minutes thereby adding even more to the unpleasantness.

The kitchen was a plus, I walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch and was able to eat leftovers for dinner. There were no shampoo samples in the bathroom. I had left all my toiletries at my last destination. The front desk provides them. If looking for a hotel near the airport ($14 by cab) and want the comforts of a kitchen, this is a great stay for you. I had no car, but walked to the next door Ruby Red's for a meal. For a family it would be great, with washer dryer, exercise room, etc. The breakfast was skimpy, bagels and fruit, but appreciated. The front desk went out of their way to get me a cab service that was reliable and prompt.

The price is reasonable. We stayed there for 1 night. Our TV at our room was not working. We asked for replacement at our room. We waited 4 hours without replacement. You cannot expect a good customer service. It is a place to relax. We stayed for one night. TV was not working. We waited for 4 hours without replacement.

New. Not near the airport - $14 shuttle bus ride away! Clean, roomy, pleasant, very nice staff but when something is called an airport hotel, I expect it to be close to the airport and/or have a free shuttle bus, not a $14 ride away.

Great location, room had a kichenette, nice lobby and breakfast on weekdays. Room had a slight smoky odor. This hotel is located conveniently off of I-40. Great for longer stays where the kitchenette would come in handy. Hotel is located in a safe area. Clean lobby, slight smoky odor in room. Nice size room. Great value for the $. Basically, a clean safe room.

Location! Lack of shampoo/other consumable amenities in room. Although designed for the longer stay, this hotel is extremely conveniently located for air travel out of Greensboro airport. For our early morning flight, it took less than 20 mins to our airline check-in from the hotel room. And an excellent buys!
