Great location, intelligent staff, easy parking and entry to the hotel. Good elevators. Missing some Cable stations. Beautiful - nice location easy on/off. Heart of business area. Good food.

I was stayed in this cheap terrible hotel on oct 2007 for 2 nights with my family. We were 4 ppl in the trip and booked 2 rooms. I was the one who booked the rooms through their website because I stayed with their other property before and they will email me a promotional code every week! This hotel is so dirty the carpet is not clean and the air conditioning is not working, due to the long trip in the day and the weather is not that hot so we were too tired to ask to change rooms. But the wall is so thin you can hear everything in the lounge and the next room, it was so noisy in the morning 7-10am from the ppl warking in the lounge we couldn't sleep until we wanted to. Remember we had booked for 2 nights we don't need to wake up so earily to check out! We tried to fly some eggs in the morning but the fan in the kitchen is FAKE, not a REAL fan with suck all the smoke outside of the room, the room was full of smoke that we had to stop cooking and opened all the windons and door. The kitchen was useless because you can't use it without a fan and there had NO REAL FAN. Finally we checked out on the 3rd morning when we looked at the bill they didn't give us a * off for the promotional code we booked for, they keep saying that we didn't had the code when we were booked the rooms. Well! I received their email every week and book right through from that email with the promotional code but they refuse to give us. The staff are rude his name is X! Don't stay there!

The room size was great. Quite spacious. Everything was an extra charge. (i.e. charge for local calls, internet, and maid service.). Geared more for the business traveler. Not used to having to pay for everything like internet access, local phone calls, the beds won't be made up unless you pay an extra fee. Just felt "nickel and dime". The kids loved the outdoor pool. Not a bad place to stay but I personally would not go back.

The staff was nice. It was dirty. The carpets were filthy from the hallway to the room. The shower was moldy and not clean. The couch in the room was so stained, I refused to sit on it.

Convenient, quiet location. First floor room was a bit noisy. My husband and I were in town for just a couple days and were happy to get a room in an Extended Stay deluxe. I'd stayed there before and recalled that it was quite nice. This stay had a few problems - the sheets weren't as soft as other ES Deluxe locations and the guests upstairs were consistently noisy. We were also woken up at 5 am by someone talking loudly on their cell phone in the lobby area. But overall, it was a very convenient, quiet location and I would stay here again.

We were amazed that we could get such a quality room for the price! I wanted to extend my stay. Clean and comfortable. Very convenient to expressway and shopping.

DVD in room, kitchenette, weight room, pool. Air gave off a foul odor, DVD was not working and replacement also not working. Hotel staff ok. Location excellent. Good value, but air and heat and DVD players can be iffy. Breakfast minimal.

Very clean and newly decorated. The breakfast bar. Had only coffee as beverage, no juice, no milk. This hotel was clean and safe. My only complaint was that the breakfast bar was lacking something that you would expect like juice.

Staff very nice to take care of anything. I would stay at all the time during my travels. This hotel is very clean and nice to stay at. I would stay at any location you had when traveling.

Location and everything that was available in the room i.e. fridge, stove, microwave. The mold in the tiles in the shower. Convenient, fast, friendly, & quiet. Close to major highways & restaurants and the place where I was doing business.

Rooms were newly remodeled ~ very nice, comfortable. No comments. I was very pleased with the convenience, location and overall experience. The hotel was very clean, newly remodeled. I will definitely be returning! I would recommend it to all travelers!

Low price, location, fridge and stove. Staff not very friendly. This hotel served its purpose. Got great rate and everything was clean. Was not looking for anything fancy and everything was sufficient. However, some staff were rude. Continental breakfast was a joke. There was no milk or juice and when I asked employee he was very short with me and said "No, there is no milk or juice." Apparently after asking a friendlier employee there is a vending machine with pop on the third floor. We just wanted a place to stay overnight after a concert so it worked perfect for us.

We were pleased that the entire floor was non-smoking and there was no residual smoke order from cleaning staff. The heat could not be regulated by thermostat. We liked having the refrigerator/freezer to protect our grocery purchases during our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the coffee was delicious.
