Great place to come and go as we wished. Super having a kitchennette so we could saving money on cost. This was by far one of the better hotels we have stayed at.

The kitchenette and recliner! No shampoo. You had to ask at the front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed staying there and will stay again.

This hotel was a mess. The rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. It was in the pillow cases! The springs on the mattress on the bed were broken and it had to be replaced. The hotel was noisy with doors slamming all night. The pool was broken and not working due to a missing part. ( It had not been working for months.( The front desk staff was not knowledgeable and not helpful in the least. They gave us the wrong information concerning our check-out time which ended up being rushed and hurried, even though we told them what they had originally told us. I qill NEVER stay here again and I would not recommend it at all. Please STAY somewhere else!!

When we checked in they had both rooms ready and waiting - a surprise as some hotels mess up the 2nd room reserverations. The rooms while not fancy were very clean, furnished appropriately, and everything worked on first try. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. All in all, a very pleasant place for a room to sleep in and have short visits. While not a resort hotel, it was good for what we needed: a base from which to do day trips and a good place to sleep and clean up etc. I am picky as the devil (normally use 4 star minimum hotels - none available in Fairbanks at time), so was pleasantly surprised.

My wife and I flew into Fairbanks on business. Even though there was a high school track team also staying at the location, our accomodation was quite and restful. If staying for an extended time, this room would be perfect with a small kitchen, and easy chair.

Clean, upscale, quiet. Microwave, fridge, and stove amenities were great. Would certainly recommend this place to a traveler, especially if an extended stay is planned.

In 32 years of extensive business travel I've never been so dissatisfied with a lodging establishment. Additionally this response was necessary because I never was contacted by their corporate office in regards to my numerous attempts to give my valued ""opinion"".This place should be closed to the public. The rooms are filthy and I paid extra for cleaning. I will never stay at an extended stay again. Broken toilet, dirty dishes, lousy staff, unhelpful management.

Friendly staff. Poor mattress and poor curtains. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The mattress and the curtains needed to be updated. The mattress had the bowl effect and my husband and I rolled into the middle of the bed. We woke up with sore backs each night. The blackout curtains did not go to the floor, didn't go much farther than the windows and let light in. Because of the sun rise and sun set in Alaska, the hotel should have known better. We woke up at 4 am and it was bright in the room.

Expected a full service hotel, not a vacation condo.

The hotel is next to a strip club. While this may apeal to some, the possibility of clientel wondering over to the hotel looking for a good time is scary. The room had dirty dishes in the sink, someones pajames were on the back of the bathroom door , use soap and wash cloth in the bathroom. I got out the next day!!! Didn't even ask for a refund, just left!~

Close to stores and restaurants. The pool was broken. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Will stay there every time we stay in Fairbanks.

It seemed very clean. Pool area in open on both stays within a year! Last year during my stay the pool/hot tub area was closed for at least a week. Now this year it was closed again for my three day stay!

The staff was very friendly. Had to eat out. The hotel is in a great location not far from airport and close to stores. Safe friendly staff. Location is clean and up kept.

Kitchen and dvd player in room. Pool was really small. No maid service for 6 day stay.

Kitchenette was of great size and could accommodate our needs as family of 4 with young kids. Our room was rightoff theelevator, vending and above pool - very noisy! Got little sleep. Fantastic accommodations, friendly staff willing to give prompt customer service! All the items available for your needs when extended stay is necessary. Great for just an overnight too. Walking distance to grocery store and services. Clean and comfortable!

Shuttle to airport and friendly staff. The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was clean and location was great and the shuttle service was the best.
