I stayed at this hotel for a very reasonable price. It was not immediately downtown or on view to the harbour.

Very clean and spacious room. Inadequate parking available on site. I would stay there again. Very nice building and nice rooms, good staff as well. A good location for non-business stay but it is located away from the business areas of St. Johns.

Rooms were clean, good location, kitchenette is nice feature. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel as it was very clean and quiet. We went to Nfld for business so accomodations were great for that. Definitely not a romantic getaway but safe and secure.

The employees were very helpful and friendly except for one fellow. Our room was missed the second day for bed making and fresh towels. We were satisfied with the accomodations considering the cost per night.

Kitchenette. I didn't like the that you had to pay extra $25 for pets. This hotel was good value for the price, it didn't have a restaurant but there was a kitchenette in the room. The room was very clean and I would stay there again.

Free pickup from the airport. Very hard beds and pillows and noisy air conditioner. Great for the economy minded traveler.

Ideal location. Clean rooms with stove, fridge etc. There was not anything I did not like. Good location. Everything you need is supplied. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast. If staying a week, room never cleaned and no broom or mop provided. I have no problems recommending the facility to friends and family. Convenient place to stay.
