Accomodating and friendly. Located within a few blocks of Winterlude sites. Lack of parking, located on a narrow street with a lot of buses.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very efficient and friendly staff. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. Check in and checkout were fast and efficient. The room was excellent, as was the location. The Italian restaurant located in the hotel was classy and affordable and the pizza was the best I've ever had.

I have been resident in the hotel for well over a year. The staff and management are the reason why I have chosen to stay there as long as I have. They treat you professionally and yet as a family.

Its a small little home that you get with this hotel. We loved our stay! Was not able to extend the stay at the hotel for another day via. If you are looking for a home cum hotel this is your best bet. It has a small little kitchen that includes stove, kitchen apart from regular TV, alarm clock, beds and bathroom. The TV is a very basic old fashioned but the alarm clock was the one where I could hook my I-Pod and listen songs directly. Parking and breakfast was not included in the base price. Business center had a printer and only one computer but was good for quick use.

We stayed here on our honeymoon, we were completely delighted with the room and the staff bumped us up a notch with a king size bed. The staff were fine, but not great. However the location was also quite good and a short walk to the shopping centre and many attractions.

It was a great place because we were right down town the staff was amazing. They allow smoking in some of the rooms.

We liked the efficiency kitchen idea to make own meals. Nicely located, clean & friendly. Smoke detector in room overly sensitive to making toast. Overall good experience.

Loved the location, very close to the Rideau Centre. Did not like the parking facility. Got stuck in the outdoor parking lot! Enjoyed my stay, very comfy rooms and location.

The location was great. The room was nicely laid out, clean and looked new, enjoyed all of the extra conveniences of stove, fridge, sink and so on. We weren't ready for cleaning staff, the 1 time they came in to clean and they never came back. We did receive clean towels once though. I would recommend the hotel. It was very clean and new looking. The location was great, very convenient. Staff was very friendly.

It was nice hotel and staff was really cooperative, but there was no internet facility, no hotel charge fee for net connection normally net is included. There was no net connection for using, when I asked they said they will charge me $4.99 for net connection, plus parking charges were $11.00. Overall it was nice hotel, except net facility within price and there was parking but they were charging $11.00. Over all it was nice.

The extra kitchen area and facility, location was great, friendly, helpful staff. A bit worn out. Good value for the area.
