Good location Difficult to find because no sign on the street. Not much quality for breakfast. Couch was stained. Very practical for longer term stay.

We got a "non-smoking" room that had been smoked in a lot. (Room 313). We complained and were offered an air freshener. The sheet was too small and didn't stay on the bed. We were able however to avoid the toothpaste stains on the couch, but the only treadmill in the exercise room was broken and unable to be fixed. The apples offered for fruit at the very limited continental breakfast were most likely last year's. Clearly not 3 star service.

Size of room and comfortable. I had to go in the hospital and did not get to be reimbursed for medical reason. Good place and convenient plus the fact of having a kitchen in it.

Access to be where I wanted to go. No cleaning of the room on a daily basis.

I like the convenience of having a kitchenette. The carpet was not very clean, the bed sheets did not fit well and came off in the night. This is a modest extended stay hotel in a very convenient location in Ann Arbor, in the hotel row area. It lacks some amenities, pretty basic. The small kitchenette was adequate and allowed us to prepare a breakfast, however there were no cooking utensils available and no condiments on the premises. There was no clerk available one morning and customers were complaining. It is fine if you are planning on spending little time in your room, otherwise I would want a nicer place.

Big room, and full kitchen. Couldn't figure out how to make the heater come on. They don't have continental breakfast on the weekends.

Quiet. My whole experience was a nightmare.

It had a full kitchen with a refrigerator. The sheets did not fit the bed. They kept pulling out. It made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding was a serious problem. There was a charge of nearly $5.00 for internet access. Most motels or hotels have free internet access. No local papers were available.

Hotel staff never available. Towels were dirty, poor qualilty. Awful.

The room was huge and very open. There was a full kitchen with dishes, a dishwasher, microwave & large fridge. It took me 45 minutes to find it because it's hidden behind two other hotels and there is no obvious sign for the hotel. Very frustrating! This would be a great place to stay if you need will be in town for several days and would like to cook in your room. The full kitchen is very nice. Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It's not luxurious, but it's convenient!

Nice, big room. Uncomfortable bed; very flat pillows! Hotel was decent for the price. However, the pillows were absolutely horrible! I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a rock! Also, mini shampoo and soap should be provided, and it was not at this hotel.

Clean, nice decor, wood floors. Horrible artwork on walls. Very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed hotel.

Clean, nice decor, newer and quiet. No indoor pool. This hotel was great. Very spacious. Nice decor. Personnel were helpful. Don't get a full breakfast, but the fruit and bagel and coffee hit the spot!

Lots of space. Walls were not great - could hear the TV in the next room.

This was a very room hotel with several living areas and lots of room to relax. There is nothing that I did not like. This is an Extended-Stay Hotel near University of Michigan Hospital. I was there for procedures at U of M and will happily stay there again. The room had several living areas...sleeping area, living area w/sofa bed and recliner (all very comfortable), a kitchen with dishwasher and cabinets stocked with dishes, etc., and a long counter with bar stools for an eating area, a nice size bath room, and plenty of dresser and closet space. Very convenient to hospital and also to the treatment center near by. A very relaxing room to be in.

Large rooms with kitchenette. Iron was broken. Large, spacious suite with room to relax and unpack. Kitchen area, living area, large closet, large chest of drawers, desk area all made this a very nice place to stay, especially for an extended stay/

It has a kitchen. The cookware is not sufficient, the blankets smelled bad, but overall the hotel was fine for the price.

Huge rooms! Full kitchen! Extremely nice for this price. It is basically apartment-sized, with a full kitchen. Great place to stay.
