Appliances, room size, comfort, bathroom was clean. A little hard to find. I liked my stay there very well overall, but I only stayed overnight. It would have really been nice if it had been at the end of my trip where I stayed at a a Super 8 that was not nearly as nice.

It is not much different from the lower grade ESA. It seems as if this hotel was very new, although there was a huge roach in my room. The front desk person helped me get rid of it.

The hotel looks very nice and clean, just that if your traveling late in the evening the front desk close at 11:00 p.m. and the staff was not doing thier good correctly your reservation will be a no show so when you arrive that late you'll find your self stuck with no room for you plus you will get charge for a no show

It was quite and clean. The hotel was nice and clean and quite. It had exercise room with the latest equipment and washers and dryers on site and refreshment vending machines.

Very clean. Had a kitchen and dishwasher. There was no soap. Good location, quiet and very tidy. It suited all of my needs.

Nice spacious rooms and business friendly. The DVD player and TV were poor quality. This is a good place for business travelers who don't care about Watching movies on the DVD player. Otherwise, It is a clean, convenient and quiet place to stay. A good value.

Nothing. About everything, literally stinks, extreme poor housekeeping. No ice in the room, no ice machine, ice maker in refrigerator didn't work. Food (peanuts) on room floor on check-in. No coffee in room; no lobby coffee nor continental breakfast.

The comfort of the bed far exceeded our expectations for a motel/hotel. Very convenient location for travel up 99/I-5 after riding the Grapevine! Especially enjoyed the location of a quality restaurant in the back yard (Marie Callendar's).

It had a kitchen and aDVD player. The overnight clerk was on the phone with friends when she should be working. The hotel overall is very nice, and very clean. Thecost was great, and over all the experience was good. The staff was very nice. The girl at night did stay on the phone with her friends when I approached the desk and I had to wait. Other than that, the staff is very nice.

Spacious room with kitchen. Would not provide a room that had more than one bed. The staff was extremely rude and made no attempt to accommodate my family. Finally a shift change occured and the second person was more sensitive to my situation. The end result was 3 in a king size bed and my 11 year old slept in a recliner.

The hotel was very clean. The room was lovely, a bit small but for a traveler of one, it was perfect. Nice. I will definitely stay at this location again. The room was clean. The kitchenette was very useful. It was quiet and very safe for a traveling woman of one. Yeah! Will definitely stay again.

Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff were all great! I can't think of a single thing I did not like about this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean, the room was very nice with granite counter tops, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we wanted without having to ask for anything!
