There is no night clerk (my flight arrived around 10:15 p.m.). The person who finally responded to the "Ring Here For Service" button tried to get me to pay in advance when I'd ALREADY paid through CheapTickets. I liked the room; it was clean, if a bit noisy during the early morning hours. The literature in the room was inaccurate/outdated (wrong check-out times in particular could have caused problems). They need to be clearer about when housekeeping is scheduled, locations of trash receptacles, location of laundry, vending, etc. (no signs pointing to any of these ANYWHERE that I saw); it would also have been nice to have some kind of indication of what channels are provided on the TV. They really just didn't provide me with the information I would normally expect to receive when checking in to a hotel. That said, I was left alone and not disturbed, and that's fine with me. Everything in the room worked properly, and included a hair dryer, full-sized fridge, iron and ironing board, and plenty of towels (though toilet paper was tough to come by - I finally went and bought my own!) I'd still stay there now that I know more of what to expect or (more accurately) what NOT to expect.

Amenities that came with room made it easy to work in room. Nothing. Staff friendly, hotel old but clean and rooms adequate for extended stay.

Hotel in nice location, continental breakfast is coffee, orange, apple & bagel NO juice or milk for the kids, rooms are OK size, 2 burners no oven, small microwave, small sink, large refrigerator, Bed was comfortable, I did have to buy some cleaning supplies and scrub the room. This hotel has laundry facility with 2 washers & 2 dryers you can only wash 4 or 5 things at a time or they won't come clean. Dryers work great. Cable TV only a few channels lots of reruns. Noise level was to be desired you can hear the people above you and next door, I heard almost everything that went on next to us and when people were in there Bathrooms. I am sure they heard me too. This is a older hotel.

This facility is in a perfect location for my travel needs in Aurora, however, the hotel management needs to pay better attention to the actions of hotel personnel. Less than 24 housrs after checking into the hotel, my credit card was charged erroneously, even though my trip was paid for in advance. Hotel staff said that a simple mistake was made and that the charge should not have occured. The mistake was corrected eventually, but I could never ascertain why the charge was made in the first place. Also the housekeeping service left much to be desired, and when the front desk was questioned, different excuses for the lack of service were offered. Apparently, no services were scheduled until I questioned the lack of service. Again, hotel management needs to improve on its service delivery and attention to detail in handling guest accounts.......thanks

The number of amenities in the room. Could use some new carpeting. The size and number of amenities in the room were a pleasant surprise. The stove and microwave were a big help for my budget. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that desires comfort on a budget!

While my wife and I were on a one week vacation, we stayed at this hotel. Both of us agreed that this was our favorite hotel during our trip. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to freeway. No airport shuttle. I stayed 11 days for business and the room was large with a living room and kitchenette, was convenient to restaurants and freeways. Will try and stay again.

The expanded breakfast buffet was coffee, bagels, and cream. No joke! No milk, juice, cereal or anything else... The toilet had black streaks running down the rim. The cable was maybe 7 channels. (just got new cable and they were having problems with it...ha.) No oven...just 2 burners

Comfortable and large rooms. Convenient to freeway and shopping. Nothing. I've stayed at quite a few Extended Stays and this was the best one yet. It even has an ice machine! Is very convenient to freeway, malls, shopping and many restaurants.

Kitchen in room was helpful. Bed was not comfy, could use small couch instead of oversized chair. Definitely not a luxurious place.

Convenient, clean, comparable in price. Nothing. Nice rooms with kitchen, comfortable bed, large number of TV channels to select from, nice swimming pool over all worth while stay. Enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

Good space for a business traveler. The walking room around the bed was very limited. We were only there to sleep so know nothing, really about the rest of the hotel.

The price & the kitchen facilities. The dirty carpet, no hand rails on tub, recliner didn't work, no protean items on breakfast. We thought the staff was very friendly & the lobby area was neat.

The price. The room reeked of smoke and it was a non smoking room! I arrived around 11 p.m. and waited while the front desk checked in a very angry customer. Then it was my turn and I checked in fine. However, I was disappointed that I would have to pay for internet service as many hotels provide this service free of charge. In addition, the room and bathroom were very small in that there wasn't much room for two people to navigate around. Further more, the remote for the TV didn't work properly and the bed appeared to be just a double bed. Finally, from the minute I entered the floor and then into my room it reeked of smoke terribly that I had an issue with congestion. In fact, the room was clearly marked no-smoking. This was an extremely disappointing stay.

There was plenty of space with two full rooms (suite) with a full kitchen. It was located near a good diner. The bathroom basin drained slowly and the stopper could not be lifted with the lever. The full kitchen was nice. We could have our own food when needed. Breakfast was only available Mon. to Fri. with bagels and fruit the only major options. It was located within walking distance to a diner that had excellent breakfasts and other meals. The location was some miles from our business destination.

Great value, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. No DVD kiosks to use the supplied DVD player. This is a great value for the price. Clean, friendly staff a great place for people who don't want to spend ridiculous prices for a place to stay. It has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove. A DVD player lets you watch your own DVD's or rent them. The beds are comfortable and each morning they have a continental breakfast downstairs. I was very happy with the time I spent there waiting for my house to be finished and would highly recommend it anyone who isn't stuck on labels.

Having a kitchenette really saves money while traveling, friendly staff and clean. They should have a DVD Kiosk in the lobby for patrons. This hotel is a great pet-friendly place to stay. They offer DVD players in the rooms, kitchenettes so you can save money on eating out, the staff is very friendly and if you have a request or problem with the room they are on it promptly. For the price you can't go wrong.

The hotel had everything convenient inside the hotel. You didn't have to leave for anything. The parking was pretty pricey. This hotel was great. They had fast food, and restaurants inside the hotel. They also had shopping, medical, dental, and exercise facilities in the hotel. When we arrived they had a gift waiting for my child. He loved it. The pool was awesome, the entire hotel had a great view of Los Angeles. Everybody was extremely nice. We would definitely stay again.
