This Extended Stay America Richmond is in a very convenient location. It is easy to find from anywhere in Richmond. The accomodations are adequate for a long stay or just a few days. The room is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Great location. No pool and no oven. The hotel was great and so was the staff. There was only one bed in the room. Other than that it was great.

This is an old hotel and very worn down. The carpet is thread bear, the bath room was small and old, though there was always plenty of hot water on demand. Everything about the place was old and showed it's age. Paint pealing in the lobby, etc. Over the weekend the hotel was full, with lots of noise, running around, yelling. Was hard to sleep. Stay here only as a last resort, when nothing else in Plymouth is available.

Room was dirty. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Parking lot was trashy when I checked in on Saturday & still there on Monday when I checked out. Trash can under the stairwells were overflowing the whole time I was there. People just sitting in parking lot drinking each night. I will never stay at an Extened Stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette inside the room. I love to cook even when I'm not home. We had our kids, and it was a bit small for us. The room was very clean. The bed was actually quite comfortable, and the room was almost perfect for our purpose.

Nothing. It was to small of a room. The room was to small and I think there was a drug dealer a couple doors down from me that traffic kept going to all night long to.

The high level of quality customer service. Elevators reeked of smoke. Great location and comfort for this level hotel. Customer service is wonderful! This is the only hotel I've stayed at when traveling to Richmond in the past year.

It was cheap and close to where I needed to be. It was very much one star. I would not recommend that specific hotel for other people. But I was not looking for luxury; I just needed a place to crash on business for one day.

The way service was handled with a complaint. I complained about the music the guest in the next room was playing. It was very loud and they were singing in the wee hours of the morning. They did not stop until 6:00 a/m and me nor my fiancé got any sleep. I called and complained three times and nothing was done.

It had a little kitchenette. If you have 2 adults and a child you end up with one bed that is a smoking room and the hotel doesn't want to upgrade you. I booked a room and we needed accommodations for 2 adults and a child and they do not give you that option to select 2 beds, non smoking. They assume that one bed is fine with a smoking preference! Even if there are two adults that require separate beds you are still out of luck.

It was clean, had good access and workers were helpful and friendly. There is nothing I did not like. My daughter attends the University and the hotel is located very near the school. It is a great place to stay for parents who would like to visit their kids for a couple of nights. It could also work for other type of travelers. I had an excellent experience.

A good experience. Nothing striking. I arrived early (before 3 p.m.) and was accommodated without a problem. My main concern is always cleanliness and I had no problem.
