The ESA Washington DC Centreville is located 12 miles from Dulles International Airport and 22 miles from Downtown Washington, DC. Local attractions include Capitol Expo Center, Manassas Battlefield Park, and National Firearms Museum. The hotel amenities include free local calls, coin-operated laundry facility, parking, maid service, copy services, and international direct dial. A Daily Refresh housekeeping service is provided for nightly guests (1-6 nights) and weekly full housekeeping service is provided for extended stay guests (7+ nights). The daily refresh service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens. The weekly full housekeeping service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom and kitchen (dishes are not washed), and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed. One pet is allowed per room. A cleaning fee will be charged per night. This charge will be applied at check-in. The studios feature work desks, recliners, kitchens with refrigerators, TV with cable, alarm clocks, telephones, and coffeemakers.

I stayed at this hotel because of the price & the location to Washington DC. First off the room smelled a little. Then we learned that we had to return our dirty towels to the front desk daily to get clean ones. Also we were informed by one employee that we only got free coffee packets for the coffe maker on the first day then we would have to purchase additional ones from the vending machine (the other employees gladly gave us more free coffee). They only clean the room once a week or at checkout. The beds were a bit hard. The nice thing was that they have a laundry facilities we could use. Overall the price made up for most of the inconvience. It would be nice to inform customers on their website of the towels & cleaning beforhand.

Bit surprised at the $4.99 charge. Didn't work at first, but a quick call to their 800 number for customer service resolved the problem.

Staff was friendly and helpful & location. Cigarette smell all locations & filthy floors. No restaurant, no pool and no food vending machines.

I liked the location, the easy of check in and check out, and the kitchen. This hotel was great, we had no trouble checking in or out, there was parking in the front of the hotel, so there was no walking or freezing, the only problem I had was the bed was too hard for me.

Wireless internet, room size and location. Bed was too hard, and the time it took to get hot water in room. I found the hotel to be well cared for and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious but found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable for an extended stay hotel. My room was on the top floor and it took several minutes for the hot water to get hot. Lastly it would be nice if they added a few more cable channels or offered a pay per veiw.

The handicapped facilities in my room were excellent. No food - not even vending machine. I stayed here while visiting my daughter who lives nearby. My only complaint is the lack of vending machines for soda and snacks. Otherwise it was an excellent value.

I liked the location and the staff was great. It did not have any shampoo or conditoner or extra pillows. I liked this hotel, great rates, great location, rooms were quiet. I wish it had a restaurant in it, but luckily McDonald's was next door. I will definitely go back.

Very clean. There is nothingdid not like about this hotel. This was the second time we stayed at an Extend Stay America; both times have been a great. Extended Stay America is my favorite place to stay away from home.

Office staff should be more knowledgeable and people friendly. We did not get any type of room services for that 3 night stand. Worth for the price and the location is very convenient. Thank you once again for helping us at check-in time with this hotel.

It was very clean. The service was horrible. Extended Stay Hotels should not be called a hotel at all. There is no service whatsoever after a certain time at night. Also, there were a lot of times that there wasn't an attendant at the front desk.

The room was filthy. The hotel was filthy. Inside and outside. This hotel was not what I expected. The common area on the outside and in the lobby as well as the halls were filthy. The rooms were nasty. There was stains on the sheets, the carpet and all over the bathroom floor.

The rate. It is noisy because it is near a McDonalds. This is a clean, generic economy hotel. No frills, but it was a safe place to sleep.

It had a kitchenette. It lacked in facilities totally. Location is great. Nice to have a kitchenette. No extra pillows available even though hotel was pretty empty. Many times no one available at front desk. They offer no pool, no restaurant, and no amenities at all.

Great location - the location was smack in the middle of everything. The hotel staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Great night sleep.
