Convenient and clean. No pool.

This is NOT a 2 star property! Rooms have 1 queen or 2 doubles. They charge extra for room with 2 doubles. The only amenity was a single bar of soap. The kitchenette had no dish soap and only 2 of each item (cups, plates, etc) even though it was a 2 double bedded room. It looked new but was smelly and kinda like a hostel. I will never stay at Extended Stay America again.

Rooms were stinks; People cook in the room and leaves oil and greece smell all over. No one there provide security at night. No room service.

Would be great if needed cooking facilities. Good for a place to sleep.

Convenient location to shopping, easy freeway access; handy kitchenette. Unwilling to upgrade to 2 beds without fee; no pool; no amenities. Well located to shopping with easy on/off freeway access. This motel is reasonably clean and the kitchenette is a valuable feature when traveling with kids, or wishing to cook for oneself. Not willing to upgrade you to two beds without a fee, the friendly staff will offer blankets for those willing to sleep on the floor. There is no pool, and there are no grounds, as this motel is smack in the middle of shopping centers and parking lots.

Leaving. Made Motel 6 look good. Dump. The other reviews were accurate.

Not much. Unfriendly and non-helpful staff, unclean rooms andhard beds. Overall, a very poor experience. First the staff gave me a room that had not been cleaned / was still in use. Then the room I was given had a horrible bad bed. When I asked for a wake up call, the staff refused. When I asked for drain plug to take a bath, it took them 30 minutes to find one. When I asked for extra pillows, there was apparently only one available. The location was hard to get into / out of since the complex had a lot of ends and only one entrance. Not a recommended place to stay.

The young man working at the front desk at check in- very pleasant and helpful. Very happy with my stay.

Clean, has refrigerator, stove and microwave for cooking. Needed more than one coffee cup and drinking glass. Needed dish washing soap for washing dishes. Excellent location, room size and cleanliness. Great for travelers who want to bring in their own food and drinks. seems to be a fairly new hotel.

Location and clean. Bare minimum. No shampo or lotion. Great location by shopping cnt.easy access to and from freeway and main streets.

Convenient. Both extended stay hotels had a strange smell in the hallways. No amenities, I had to ask for a hair dryer in both extended stays and the Tracy one didn't even have shampoo in the room. The staff was pleasant in both.

Fairly new, good bed, kitchenette has good equipment. Motel was out of coffee and no way to obtain more. Room heater did not work properly. Cold. Manager left town without laying in a provision of coffee. This is very important for a lot of travelers -- including this one.

Fast check in/check out. TinyTV. Decent place to stay for a night or two but not much more than that. The staff was friendly and helpful and there were plenty of places to shop or eat nearly. I wouldn't recommend this for much more than a night or two but, if I had to stay longer, I do appreciate that there is a full kitchen.

Not fancy at all and a small TV. Should be rated 1 star economy.

was lost for 1 hr at 4:30am. No one at the hotel answered the phone after hours. I was so upset trying to find the hotel. I don't know if I will use the service again. It was the last thing I wanted to do at 4:30am. No one was available to call after hours. The directions were completely wrong through Google Maps, not to the fault of me either.

First hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. After requesting and being moved to another room, the hallway outside the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It also had cat roaming hallway (on the 3rd floor). I came into room when door was opened. Hotel was not well kept and very uncomfortable furnishings. I was very disappointed in this stay.

The kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, etc. No pool, but knew that ahead of time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Gave me directions to nearby shopping, etc. I am very allergice to pets and I didn't like that there were no rooms set aside for no pets. Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, attractive rooms.

The room has good appliances so you can live like at home. They were under construction while we were there but it has to be done sometime. A good place to stay if you don't want to go out to eat all the time. You have a large fridge and cooking appliances.
