We have never had a problem with the ESA's in Austin, TX, so we tried this one. The first time we stayed here (May 19) the floors were not clean and the kitchen area looked ignored. Gave it another chance in June, but will not try this one again. We weren't the only people who commented on how "unclean" the rooms were. We wore our shoes in the room and lined the bathroom with towels so that we didn't have to go barefoot on the floor.

The staff are the best. they are very attentive and go out of their way to help. The carpet was a little grungy.

The Hotel help was very polite and pleasant. The only thing that was not good were the beds. The were very hard. For extended stay, they would be quite uncomforatable for a long period.

Have stayed here before and was very satisfied. We usually need a late check out, which they have accommodated. The staff is very friendly. Great shopping in area. This time the fridge was noisy, although they would have changed rooms, it was late and we couldn?t be bothered. Pillows weren?t good, flat.

Very handy for all types of travelers.

Nothing. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was horrible. Most Super 8's are nicer than this. I would have been more comfortable in a Motel 6. It was so bad I checked out a 3:00 am.

Cheap. Noisy & uncomfortable bed. I had an extremely poor night's sleep, I can't imagine a business traveler staying there more than one night.

The staff was very friendly and well trained. 4 Star. For the price there was nothing I did not like. Extended Stay America is a terrific value, when booked through Priceline. Cannot be beat.

No hairdryer, dirty pillows, no shampoo in room, kinda dirty all around.

Very private. The bed was too hard. The staff was friendly and the overall appearance was very clean. The only real complaint was that the bed was way too hard. We both woke up the next morning and were barely able to move around. Other than that it was fine.

It was located well. The room and bed were not comfortable. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. However, the uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows contributed to a restless night.

The location & the kitchens in the rooms. No continental breakfast, My friend &I stayed at the clarion last month & it was great. The beds are super hard & I think that they need to have a continental breakfast, but other then that it was good.

Clean rooms with a kitchen. Rock hard beds and no gym. Its a good hotel if you want a kitchen, but no gym and rock hard beds. We had to go buy a pad to put on it which helped a little.

The kitchenette was handy. The bed was not very comfortable. This hotel offered all the basic amenities. It suited our needs and is in a good location for people wanting to visit the Seattle/Tacoma area. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. It is near shopping and dining.

Location. Not as nice as other Extended Stay America's I've stayed in. Good location. Across the street from grocery store, bank next door and 2 across steet. Shopping center and various restaurants a block away. Room however was a step above Motel 6 but clean.

Bed was uncomfortable and room wasn't very clean. It served the purpose, we were there Christmas shopping so we didn't spend a lot of time there. They need to update the room and it would be nice if the bed wasn't so uncomfortable.

Excellent staff - hotel was clean and in a great location. Bed and pillows need upgrading.

The employees are competent, pleasant and helpful. All have been great, Eva especially was very helpful on several of my trips. The rooms smell of old cigarettes a little. This hotel suits my needs as a business traveler.

It is clean, friendly and has everything I need. Nothing I did not like. Hotel is clean, safe, friendly and affordable. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and freeways. The staff is incredible.
