I checked in to the hotel at 9:00p.m., after waiting fot 10 minutes for the clerk. There was only one room available, next to a party. The party was noisy and had a banner over the rail at the thrid floor announcing the party. Not what I could sleep next to. I waited another 10 minutes in the lobby to see if I could change rooms. I got frusterated and left, without staying at the property. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in the lot and frankly, I felt un-safe. I would like and appreciate it if there could be a refund. Considering my past experience with refunds and Orbitz, I do not see this as likely. Is there a possibility of adding some sort of category showing a hotel being in a high crime area?? Drug deals in the parking lot is not something I appreciate being exposed to. I had to book a room in another hotel as I had business at the Arco Arena for the 15th.

Worked out fine. Ari conditioner was a little noisy. Good hotel for the price. No problems, no hassles. Perfect for an in-and-out stay.

The housekeeping staff was extremely rude when asked to change the bed sheets upon finding hair in them. Later they were asked for extra blankets and were very rude as well. I do not recommend this hotel.

The people/staff. Deep cleaning is lacking. The front desk clerk was exceptional in making sure that all the paperwork was perfect, at the same time multi tasking the phones and others coming into the office.

Bed sheets were used and not replaced with fresh ones. Staff were friendly except for the the noise on the room above wereI hear jumping and other noises. Receptionist called that room and it stopped but still can hear people walking from night till early morning.

I have 2 year old twins whom unintentionally delayed our checkout by approx. 1.5 hours, during which time the staff were very kind and understanding. Need more towels, more double occupancy rooms.

Tara at the front desk was very helpful. Needs deep cleaning behind furniture and under furniture etc.

Location. Many trucks parked in street, looked unsafe, no shampoo. Excellent location for Arco Arena and Downtown Sacramento. Nice looking facility, but seems to be used as a truck stop judging by the many trucks idling on the street nearby. Adequate property, though the nearby Homestead Suites (same owner) is almost exactly the same layout, but much nicer feel. Pillows on the bed are really flat!

Room was flooded by toilet and the front desk took 20 minutes to call and tell us to come back to the lobby and get a new room as the whole room had an inch or more water all through out the room.
