I came on a business trip with my mother, she's very picky and we loved the service here. It's fairly close to downtown, and we were able to walk to restaurants and stores that were around. The room was spacious and clean and the coffee maker and small kitchen were a life saver! I enjoyed my stay in LA and part of it was because the hotel was great!

The desk clerk was behind a plexiglas window and the speaker system made it difficult to understand her. We went to our room and found that it was already occupied. Another arrival on our floor found that his cardkey would not work. This necessitated a trip back down to the first floor by both of us to correct our respective problems. I was rewarded by being given a room that fronted busy Sepulveda Avenue. No apologies were given. Room cleaniless was acceptable, but I have a real concern about the security and service offered by indifferent staff at the front desk.

This hotel room is excellent for those on a business trip who need internet access (I believe it's a $4.99 charge per stay). However, the hotel does not offer computers for use. In other words, you need a laptop. I would recommend this hotel for families who are traveling in the colder months, seeing as there is no pool at this location. In the summertime, stay away from this hotel. Each hotel room is equipped with a kitchen, which includes a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. They also provide some silverware and pots and pans. It's perfect for those traveling with children, conveniently located close to many grocery stores. It is also across the street from a very nice imax theater and many other restaurants.
