The Extended Stay Of America,The room was more like a cracker box. It was hard to get in and out of the bathroom. And the housekeeper hadn't cleaned in weeks if then, there were spider webs in all the lights next to the bed and the dinning table. There was plenty room to store your clothes provided you were bold enough to take them out of your suitecase. The location was in a nice area but the up keep of the place brings it down.

Staff was very helpful. Cramped space and few amenities. Staff helped with room mix-up.Room was small, limited lounge space. Small pillows on bed. Good part was it was near mall, good restaurants around.

Staff very friendly and nice, My door to my room the deadbolt didn't lock I had to place chair against the door. Shower head needs to be fixed, water was not afull force. It took me longer to get the shampoo out of my long haor. I would stay again, but this time If maintence was not done I would most likely inform the front desk. My saty was an overnight, but will be back again next month.

Location near the mall and has outside entrance door to rooms. Had no working phone lines, no cable, vending was empty. Manager was inexperienced. Please remove this from your listing.

Price and convenience. Without discount, the hotel would have been overpriced. Tiny rooms. Fine for short stay. Extended stay would be difficult in tiny rooms with few amenities.

Convenience, Exterior were good. Comforter was old, and decor non-existant It was conveniently located and seemed safe and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location. Stayed on 3rd floor and front desk answers phone slowly. Overall, it is a nice hotel. I didn't like staying in the third floor without an elavator. I called the front desk because of problems with internet and the phone rang over 10 times before anyone answered.

Staff responded promptly to my concerns. My room smelt of cigarette smoke, I am a non-smoker. First thing I noticed was the smell of cigarrette smoke, it was even stuck to the bed linen especialy the pillows. Unfortunately they told me there were no more non-smoking rooms. They offered me a room deodorant which did not help much. I hope that next time I can have the option of choosing a nonsmoking room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very loud guests. I am assuming that this extended stay hotel houses local people. Most of them were very loud, partying, and up until at least 3 am.

Convenient location. Kitchen facilities. Musty smelling room. No hairdryer. Leftover food in refrigerator. Great for business travelers who like the convenience of kitchen facilities. Rooms are spacious and economical.

None. Shabby dirty coffee pot in room, no elevator.Had to carry suit-cases 3 floors; feels exposed to the road, we were scarred we may be robbed. Shoud not be classified as 2 star. Perhaps zero star. It may be anok appartment but bad hotel.

The kitchenette was nice to have. There was no fan in the bathroom. The location was good and there were nice places to eat nearby. The hotel furnishings were sufficient and the price was right.

Friendly accommodating staff. Pillows were lumpy. Microwave did not heat uniformly. The Winston-Salem Extended Stay America was in a great location, within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Having a full size refridgerator and freezer, along with dishes, stove and microwave was convenient to avoid eating out at breakfast and snacks. Part of the value from this chain comes from the fact that they only clean your room once or twice a week.

They accommodated us upon request of a 1st floor room. No swimming pool. The kitchenette worked out great for us.

The location was perfect, full refrigerator and microwave was very convenient. Would have like a few pay movies and a pool would have been nice. The hotel was clean and well located. The full size refrigerator was very helpful. The staff was helpful and recommended a great mexican restaurant.

Nicely landscaped, clean and comfortable. Broken recliner, key needed to access vending, very few channels on TV. Overall, a good hotel for the money, no major complaints and the staff I delt with were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was relatively clean. No amenities The hotel was fine(clean, convenient) but not great for a vacation or to take children. There were no amenities (pool, fitness room etc.)

Quiet, clean, convenient. I like having the refrigerator and toaster available. Room furnishings basic, no dish soap or salt & pepper in kitchen. This hotel lacks any luxury touches, but it did meet my needs. It is a quiet location, was very clean and had ample towels. No room service for a three day stay which is fine as I prefer not to put away my belongings every morning. Small kichenette, great if you like a snack late at night. Providing dish soap and condiments would have been appreciated. Don't recall seeing an elevator so I carried my luggage up to 2nd of 3 floors.

The noise the commode made when flushed. TV reception could not have been worse and there were quite a few things that need to be fixed. (Light bulb over work station, drawer in chest was broke, smoke dector hanging from celling.). Small things like that, another may have been different.
