the mattress in room 203 needs to be replaced, we were sore from sleeping on it for 2 nights, the room spelled from the moment we walked in, we had to buy Lysol spray to sanitize the room and get rid of the odor, the bathroom sink was clogged and we had to use the kitchen sink for everything, the AC and refrigerator were super noisy at night, even though the room was next to the highway we weren't bothered by it but may be because the AC and frig noises were louder, the location is good, close to I4 and nearby restaurants, outlet mall, and Disney, we definitely will not stay there again, worst hotel experience ever!

The lobby was fine.... clean & odorless. The minute I got off the elevator the stench hit you like a brink wall. The entire hallway smelled like a landfill. My room wasn't any better. It smelled of smoke and we had a non-smoking room. I stayed at this establishment for the location. I needed to be close to the convention center. I'm glad that we only stayed two nights then off to WDW!!! The place was just a dirty mess. If they tidy up the halls and got rid of the bad smells it would be an okay place to stay for a night or two. Would not recommend staying there longer than two nights. I guess I am please to announce that we did not find any bugs. Florida is known for it's bugs..... Glad I only paid a pretty small rate for both nights. Otherwise I would have written a really ugly letter to the general manager, the ceo, the president of the company, and etc.

I stayed at this hotel only for one day, it was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful, I will stay at this hotel again soon.I wish they had a swimming pool, but I knew they did not have one before I got there, but it still would have been nice! The only thing I did not like about the hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. I received a flier under my door for pizza delivery, I must tell you! DONT ORDER from those guys! I made the mistake of calling them, it took almost 2 hours for my pizza to arrive and it was cold as ice, good thing my room had a microwave!I also ordered 10 wings, when I open the box i fell on the floor laughing, the wings were puny, and the mild sauce was sprinkled on top.You have been warned!!The hotel was great!

Initially we requested a Non-Smoking room. We arrived at the hotel late at night, tired. When we got to the room they had given us a Smoker's Room, which obviously smelled bad. But it was manageable for that night. Next morning I asked why they had given us a Smoker's room when we requested a non-smoker's room, they replied saying that Orbitz does not guarantee a non-smokers room. Fortunately, they had only one available non-smoker's room. After a whole day of traveling, once we got back late at night, we went to take a shower, and when we did, the tub wasn't draining at all. We called in to Front Desk, and after a while fighting with them, they provided us a smoker's room so we could take a shower. We had to carry with almost all our stuff to the other room (on the other side of the hotel) just to take a shower and come back. Not a good experience this time. I had stayed in other ESAs and never had this bad experience.

Location to Sea World. Great place and convenient location.

For reference, I normally stay at moderately upscale hotels (i.e., Marriott, Omni, Hyatt, Sheraton, etc). I didn't expect this hotel to be extremely luxurious or up to the standards of the hotels mentioned. I chose this hotel because of the location & because it had a kitchen in the room. I just want anyone who may consider this hotel to know the following : My wife & I did not take off our socks the whole time we were in the room because the carpet was disgusting. The sofa had a huge round stain right in the middle of one of the cushions (probably from someone messing themselves & sitting down). The box spring & mattress had dark stains on them when I pulled off the disgusting bed cover. The bed was hard & very uncomfortable. The best part is that the A/C is positioned right next to the bed (literally 1.5 ft away...I can't imagine who could design such a room). This means that when you're in bed & the A/C comes on, it blows directly on you & there's no getting away from it. Also, the A/C sounded like an idling Mack truck. The remote control didn't work. All the screaming, yelling, & even talking from the pool area filled the room so there was no chance of relaxing. The entire room shook every time anyone down the hall closed their door. One morning we left & returned @ 4:00pm to find the room exactly how we left it. They showed up until 4:30pm to clean the room & wouldn't come back @6:00 when we requested....so they gave us 2 fresh towels. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. Also know that I do not normally write reviews.

We were greeted by friendly hotel staff the second we entered. Okay lobby, not too fancy so we were expecting the same for the rooms. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette & full size fridge. Clean room, ice cold AC. The only thing I would have to complain about was the comfort of the bed. It was definately not a Queen size and was very hard. Great location by Sea World & Convention center. It may not be super luxurious or insanely expensive but other than the uncomfortable bed we would definately recommend this hotel to a family on a budget!

Very convenient to 528 and I-4, right between Disney and Universal, next to Sea World. The room smelled a little due to pets being allowed.

I wish I'd read the previous review before booking! The smell in the room was sickening - the smoke scent was so strong my eyes were burning within seconds. We went back to the desk and said we'd requested a non-smoking room. Her response was "you booked with online travel website, we don't guarantee you get what you request when you go through them." It was early and there were many rooms being cleaned. She was very unhelpful. We would have changed hotels if it wasn't New Year's Day and most local hotels were booked, unless able to pay $***/night.

This location was ideal if you plan on going to different theme parks in addition to Disneyland and rent a car. It's kind of located in between Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Sea World. If you plan on only seeing Disneyland, it's probably best to stay at a Disneyland resort. But if you plan on seeing other places, this is really central to everything! Free parking. No complimentary breakfast, but there is a microwave, stove, and toaster in the room so you can cook your own food, especially if you are staying in Orlando a week or more. No restaurant in the hotel, but very closeby there are restaurants. There are washing machines and dryers located on the first floor. You can exchange quarters at the front desk. The front counter is only staffed until around 10pm or 11pm, so so be sure to let them know if your plane arrives late. They only change the sheets once or twice a week while you stay there (great for those conservationists). The beds were comfortable and no bugs. Great value for the money.

Iloved the kitchen, saved lots & lots of money. Pool needed cleaning. Great hotel. Clean room, saved hundreds of dollars by cooking in my room and shuttle to all theme parks. Even called a cab to the airport for me. Only problem I had was the pool needed cleaning.

We stayed at this hotel on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator the entire floor including our room smelled horrible. We had to buy air freshner just to make the room decent to stay the one night that we had booked. The room was very clean, but it was hard to enjoy this part when the room smelled so bad. The breakfast was good but there was very little to chose from. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.

Was close to eating places, and close to the parks. Air Conditioner was very noisy. We went in through the back door. The staircase was dirty. And had cigeratte butts in the corner. Did not have any shampoo at all. And only 1 small bar of soap.

Its a good hotel to save money. It cost too much for the washer and dryer/ It is a good hotel for a family to save money. Having a kitchen makes it easier on your pocketbook and to be able to stay a longer trip.

Close to convention center. Hotel smelt like cigerette smoke and you could not escape it. If your not a smoker,I defintely wouldn't stay there.
