Good location, reasaonable price and a restaurant bar famous for and owl and great wings right next door! Not the most modern but it serves the purpose well. I would stay there again.

Worked perfect for my needs.

We were in this hotel for six weeks on business. The rooms needed a fase lift however it was in a convienent location and the staff were always willing to help. This is a good place for people who are in town for a while.

The overall experience was great. there are a few areas that can be worked on like more plates, cups, fors, knives, spoons. More then just two things of coffee if you are staying longer. You could supply the dish soap and sponge

Large comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Smokers right next door to our non-smoking room.

Well, the hotel doesn't look as nice as it does in the photo. It is right next door to a Hooters which my husband and I both like. However, the building itself is quite old. There are rust stains on the exterior. The room we had was old. The carpet needs to be replaced. After one evening of wearing white socks on the carpet, they were brown. The bed's mattress should have retired 15 years ago. The pillows that were provided were very flimsy. The comforter on the bed was nasty. Some amenities that I expected to be in the room (like in other chains) were not - i.e. hair dryer and extra pillows, luggage rack. There are not enough outlets in the room if you plan on charging up a laptop and a phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Denver,

This location is very adequate for our needs. The rooms are large, include kitchen, and the rates are good. The office staff was very helpful and took care of minor issues (Our weekly housekeeping did not happen on the scheduled day, but was promptly taken care of the next day when we contacted the office.). They could use some cosmetic work--the elevator, laundry room, and exterior are beginning to look "shabby". The rooms could use some updates. There is a small fee for wireless internet use. The area is OK, but some have complained about noise from the establishment next door. We have never had any complaint about it and have stayed several times.

Very friendly staff. No blow dryer in bathroom. I had a great stay at this hotel, the only problem I experienced was the parking. The larger (pickup trucks) should park in the larger spaces not up against the room doors that were meant for cars.

The hotel was old and in need of major facelift. All rooms did not have eathernet access.

The Extended Stay America Inn was very comfortable. The room had a sofa and coffee table for at home' relaxation. We also had an ironing board and iron that was an unexpected treat. We took advantage of the Continental breakfast that included fresh fruit. The Inn had easy access to the main highway, but without highway noises. We would definately stay here again.

Great location. Not any restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and easy access to my training location. The front desk clerk was very accommodating which I appreciated.

The room setup and the space. The outside of the building was not attractive. The outside of the hotel did not meet my expectation but once I enter my room I was very please with the layout, and it was clean. The only problem I saw in the room was the T.V. it was old and the picture wasn't clear on some channels.

"When I arrived the desk clerk was on the phone and I was first in line. A man came in after me. When she got off the phone, she checked me in, and she asked me if I wanted one or two keys. I told her one. Then she said ""Room 134 is located . . . "" I didn't appreciate her telling my room location -- especially since there was a man in line behind me who I didn't know. This hotel is okay for a one-night stay. There are definitely no frills, and the room was dingy, the carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced, and it smelled stuffy. I wouldn't want to spend an extended stay there."

This was an awful awful place. The room needed updated and wasnt ready when I arrived. I could see through the crack of door outside, thank god it was warm out. My reservation didn't match up with Travel Website price. They made on the deal. I dont recommend staying here at all.

It had no dining, but it was next Hooter's. It was very close the Denver Federal Center. Air Conditioning was very poor, not going to get any better soon. I would not stay here for an extended stay. Four one night it sufficed, but would have change hotels if I had to stay longer.

Room size and kitchenette were good. Just the pet mystery. These rooms are great for the occasional traveler and the seasoned traveler burned out on the usual motel fare.

Close to Red Rocks Park. Cleanliness just wasn't there. There were 2 things that my husband and I liked about the place. Location to Red Rocks Park. We came up for a concert and you can't beat how close the hotel is to the Park.

Included refrigerator. Building in bad shape, AC too strong. Very basic room, could not control the AC to a comfortable level. Building needs refurbishing (a lot of rust).

Easy to find. Dirty, no amenities, not enough beds in the room, uncomfortable. If you need a place to crash without concern for the little pleasures of a hotel stay, this is it. There isn't really anything about this hotel that will stand out; the rooms are the definition of basic, with internet even coming at a price. While the sheets are washed, the cleanliness of the mattresses is suspect. This hotel is certainly not recommended for a family stay.

It was reasonably priced and convenient. It's starting to show it's age and needs remodeling. This motel is reasonably priced and conveniently located adjacent to a major north-south street and a major east-west freeway. It has two restaurants (Hooters and Jackson's Hole) within walking distance. The hotel is clean but is old and needs remodeling. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a good experience overall.
