Close to the highway Rooms reeked. The room looked dirty (carpet, walls, etc) and several appliances did not work properly. Will not stay at this property again.

It was conveniently located. No breakfast, and no newspaper. It's OK if you're not expecting too much. The staff was friendly and helpful. No amenities made this hotel barely average.

Nothing. Smelly, dirty. Would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty, smelly, and worn out.

Price, cleanness, kitchen facilities. Can't think of anything.

Our room had a full-size desk, perfect for working at. Our room was a studio apartment, a bit dated looking but very clean. We were only there one night, so really didn't need the extra amenities, but extra space is always a bonus. The staff was very friendly.

Location, easy access to interstate and restaurants. Small room, very uncomfortable mattress, small bathroom, uncomfortable linens. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was soft, small, sheet were rough, heater was noisy. The room was small. If you were traveling alone and need a refrigerator and microwave, this would probably be adequate, but for a couple the room was too small and bed too uncomfortable for 2.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was convenient to everything we needed. The bed was horrible. My husband and I were in so much pain when we left. I've always found Extended Stay America's to be pretty nice hotels. Unfortunately, my opinion has diminished slightly due to our stay in this particular ESA. The hotel was convenient to everything (mall, restaurants, etc.) which was very nice, and the staff was VERY friendly and the room was clean, but that's where the compliments have to stop. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and when you have heavy bags to bring it, having to lug them up a couple flights of stairs after a long day of traveling is not appreciated. While the room itself was clean, it was very dated. The TV was so old that you could only use the remote to go up through the channels. If you wanted to go down, you either needed to type in the specific channel or change it on the TV itself. The bed was absolutely the most atrocious mattress I've ever slept on. The coffeemaker stopped working after the first pot of coffee, much to my husband’s disappointment.

Very quiet. Too many long stay, locals that made you feel a little uncomfortable. It was quiet. We checked in late but saw a few of the long stay residents talking to the on-site manager about not being able to pay yet and that someone in another room was smoking weed again. This left our family of 4 feeling a little uneasy about our stay there. We left early the next morning.

Location. Dirty. The best thing about this hotel is its location near restaurants, malls and the University of Tennessee athletic facilities. The hotel itself was not clean, rather shabby to say the least. The staff was not available when needed and there was not an elevator to the second floor. I would not stay there again.

No ice machine/ breakfast. Nice hotel good location friendly people and very suitable for our short stay.

Very good price to be so close to Neyland Stadium. It seemed a little out dated. Very close and convenient to Neyland, great price for location. The downfall was the bed wasn't too comfortable and the room seemed a little outdated. All in all it was a good stay for location and price.

Staff. Bed sheets had holes and the room smelled. Would not recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Smoky hallway, no caffeinated coffee, and a little off the highway. It's alright. I'm usually not happy with something at most of the ESA's, but this one was at least clean enough (although the hallways were a little smoky). The room was clean enough if I brought my family, but as always, bed was a little hard, it's a decent 1-star, and I would stay again if I had to. It wasn't as bad as some other ESA's.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. It was filthy, hall rugs were stained, mattresses uncomfortable. The kitchenette had 2 stained glasses and 1 cup. The fridge was old and noisy. The mattress was uncomfortable and the hall rug was stained.

Nothing. Upgrade to pull out bed which was covered in hair and a very dirty and lumpy mattress for $10 more. This hotel did not deserve a star at all. It could have been cleaned a lot better.
