I have stayed many times at this hotel. It is no frills but clean and reasonably comfortable. The location is good as well. For the price it is a good bargain.

Located next to highway, 5 minutes to downtown. The door stuck and was difficult to open. Older rooms, but very clean. Rooms somewhat small and crowded. Good heater/AC unit, not too loud.

The staff was excellent. Rooms were filthy. I believe that the hotel should get makeover so that it could be more of an extended stay. Instead of it looking and having the appearance of a Motel 6. I was very disappointed and am not sure I should use your service again.

Located only two blocks from the interstate. No elevators or ice machines! It sits in a quit cubby hole just 2 blocks from the highway. There are plenty of restaurants under five miles away. The staff we met where great.

Bathroom was leaking water. The carpets were wet from cleaning which made the whole room musty. The Extended Stay America was an interesting experience - one that I will not wish to experience again. The staff did not appropriately make arrangements for our after-hours arrival. My wife and I had to sleep on separate twin beds with my five-month old daughter sleeping on our luggage because the twin beds were so small. We could not use the floor because the floor was wet from carpet being cleaned. The bathroom leaked water from somewhere and made a large puddle beneath the sink/toilet area. The after-hours staff was courteous and helpful, however.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was not clean, there were no blankets on the bed, it smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke-free. This hotel really needs some attention. It was not clean, there were no blankets on the bed or in the room. The refrigerator was not turned on and smelled when it was opened. There was no ice maker to be found anywhere on the premises. The room reeked of smoke, even though it supposed to be a smoke-free room. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location. Not clean. Room was not clean. Floors had not been vacuumed in ages. Dish containing sugar packs for coffee had open packs in it. Soap scum on bathtub (easily removed with wet rag). Toys found inside chair. Just overall not clean.

Convenient kitchen and close to downtown. Not clean, not 24-hr front desk, thin walls and no elevator. It is difficult to find if you do not call and ask for directions. No dishwashers, which should be expected in a long-term facility. Staff was friendly, but there was only one, and she was new in town. No maid service unless you are staying longer than 4 days, so you have to plan to get your towels, etc. Be sure to stay on the back side of the hotel, the front faces the highway and considering the noise level can be quite a distraction.

Kitchen facilities. Large roach in room. The hotel was set back a ways from the road which was confusing at first, once I saw how to get there it was easy to get on the interstate. My over all stay was quiet and to my satisfaction.
