My room at ESA was a very nice size. I enjoyed the convienence of the kitchen. The scent of the bath bar was great! The hotel at night was very quiet, so I got a good nights sleep. The price compared to other hotels was much better, I got more for less! Thanks Orbitz & ESA

The staff and their Wisconsin accents were great. Bathtub drain was clogged with hair, which caused pooling of water 3-4 inches throughout tub when showering. Bathtub drain was clogged with hair, which caused pooling of water 3-4 inches throughout tub when showering. Other than that, the place was fine for a couple visiting for a few days to hit the culturistic bars, go to a Bucks game and see this beautiful area.

Everytime we visit we are greeted with smiles and warm wishes. Rooms are clean, love the kitchens. Wish they had a inside pool though.

The Hotel was old and dirty. I was there one night and beds were old and hard, the sink leaked and hot and cold faucets were on the wrong side of the sink, the smoke detector went off at 2am when the heat was turned on in the room. what a dump.. The only up side was the staff.. They were very nice and helpful.

Having stayed at numberous Extended Stays without prior problems, I had no idea what I was in store for here!!! When we checked in, they had no record of our reservation. They gave us a room-- we went to it--- SO DIRTY- beds unmade- wrappers and food everywhere. The second room had all the TV and radio equipment stolen from it!! The third room was "acceptable" to ESA-- however, there was vomit on the box spring side-- the linens were certainly not "clean" and the floor was sopping wet in half the room from a leaky air conditioner. There was also garbage still in the room. As we had just driven over 15 hours, I could not find another hotel because I was so exhausted. We "slept" there that night, but I literally cried in bed almost all night because it was so dirty, and I knew that our reservation was for two nights. We actually slept in our clothes we were so scared of catching a bed bug or spiders or something. Now, I'm not a picky hotel person-- I know that you get what you pay for, but this place should have been shut down by an inspector. Thankfully, we were able to get our second night reservation cancelled, and since we didn't book directly through the hotel, the site we booked through gave us a refund for the first night! (they tried to call the front desk to "work things out" but they soon realized how bad it was because of the poor service they got, too. I will NEVER stay at another ESA because of this experience. It truly almost ruined our near perfect vacation.

My adult daighters' room was dirty, grimy, very unpleasant. They chose not to stay there. I was about to blow them off but went to check my room first. IT WASN"T READY! Towels over the floor, bathroom a mess. It hadn't been touched. And this was after I had told the front desk clerk I wanted to check the room first. Not her fault of course. The computer told her it was ready. I figured that was enough of a warning for us so we cancelled right there. The desk clerk was very nice, fully understood and cancelled it, even though it was pre-paid. Now we'll see if I can get the money back from online travel website. But the main lesson I learned was forget the extended stay motels. I thought it would be nice to have the little suite, like an Embassy Suite. But that's wrong. This is for folks who live there for a while so there's cooking smells all down the halls. People hauling laundry up and down the elevators, etc. Fair enough but not the environment I wanted.

It was clean with friendly employees. Would come back. It was difficult to find.

Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was nice and clean. Only 2 small pillows on queen bed, trash in kitchen was not emptied, assigned us to an occupied room, no toiletries other than small soap. Bare bones hotel primarily designed for business travelers. Very difficult to find. Absolutely no frills - small bars of soap were the only toiletries. It suited our purposes. Cons: moldy shower curtain, trash under kitchen sink not emptied and smelly. Pitiful selection of kitchen ware.

Nice landscaping. Bed was hard. I was concerned that noise from the interstate would be a problem, however with the fan on low, it eliminated road noise.

Firm bed. Pets are a extra $25.00 per night so had to sleep in the car. Great hotel for the price.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room itself was not as clean as I expected it to be. The common area's were clean and looked fine. At first glance the room itself looked clean but at a closer look, it was quite dirty. The bed was very hard and sounded like it was about to fall apart when you sat down on it. The bedspread had stains on the underneath side and the box spring had a large stain down the side of it. We didn't pay a lot for this room and I'm sure glad we didn't.

Kitchenette helped, save money. 15 minute drive from Milwaukee. Great place to stay and save money, especially if you used the kitchenette to cook dinner yourself.
