Dish TV is horrible. Very few channels, poor reception, and it takes forever to get someone to repair it. Would be a better place with regular cable TV.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were of good size. Value couldn't be beat. However we stayed in a smoke free room and it reeked of smoke. Other than that, everything was good.

Arrived for business late night and stayed 'til morning. Comfortable rooms with all you need for an extended stay if you will be there for a while.

The hotel was going through renovations because of having a fire on the third floor. This did not interfere with the quality of service and the friendly way in which we were treated. My hat is off to the staff for the making us feel comfortable. We will return there on our next trip.

I had never stayed at an Extended Stay America - at first I was a little shocked because due to my late arrival the front desk was closed and the laundress checked me in. The hotel was clean and tidy. Having a full size fridge and a microwave and coffee maker was a bonus. I did not realize at first that the room is only made up upon request or once a week if your stay is extended. Towels are available if you go to the front desk. Not a lot of frills but the room was clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms were dirty. They moved our room once. Next bathroom was not as dirty. I was very upset about the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. The toilet had spots of something on it. The shower had hair in it. The next room that they put us in was a little cleaner. The shower didn't have as much hair in it. The bathroom floor was so dirty that I had to wash it myself.

The hotel was located on an out of the way street and directions were not very clear to get there. The room was dark with min reading lights. The door lock (ditigal card) did not work even after the clerk made changes to re set. the carpet was stained and not very attractive. I could tolerate it for one night, but would never stay for extended period of time.

We had a room with a fishy odor and were transferred to a room with a perfume odor. The rooms were clean otherwise, with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette feature was helpful. The carpet in the main hallway was stained.

Large room. Could have been cleaner when we checked in. The hotel is a great place to stay in Warwick. It’s off the main drag so there are no sirens or street traffic. The 95 Freeway is nearby, but I couldn't hear it from my room. The only problem I had with the room was that I found a facecloth in the bathroom, probably left by cleaning staff, which made me wonder about how clean the room was. Other than that, I had a great stay and will try to stay there again.

Unable to print and no restaurant within three miles. If you want just a bed to sleep may be ok. This hotel is not business traveler friendly.
