it sucked........ dog shit under bed spend $55.00 stay in a nicer place

My boyfriend and I went on a last minute vacation. The location was amazing-- right in the middle of everything. Having the kitchen in the room was convenient: we saved a lot of money by going to WalMart (5 mins down the road) and picking up groceries and eating meals at the the hotel. The staff was friendly and helped get me a great rate when we decided to extend our stay. We'll definitely stay here again when we return!

Location was close to Universal.

The toilet backed up and we had roaches. The hallway spelled like sewage.

The room was in close proximity of universal. the bed was a little too firm for our liking. I will probably stay in another motel in the same area next time.

Staff was friendly and very helpful/curteous.Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was adequate and clean. No housekeepingOther amenities are available, but for an additional charge.Had problems first day with internet connection, but resolved thereafter.Overall, it cannot compare to "Residence Inn" or some of the pricier hotels, but , if an economical place to stay is your top priority, this will meet your requirements nicely.

Large rooms. Only beds are little smaller.

Wow, what a ripoff!!!! My girlfriend and I were on a budget but what we got for our money was closer to a really crappy hotel in the middle east somewhere. First of all would it kill them to have a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner and soap at least for the first week!!! Then the bed was pathetic!!!!! Our pillows were like two pillow cases filled with tissue paper. I havent seen anything so limp and flat since.......well you get the point!!!! The fitted sheets were just a really old sheet that would come off covering the mattris as soon as you laid in bed....PATHETIC!!!!! Finally the A/C sounded like a twin engine plane about to take off as soon as you turned it on!!!! I am the owner of a online travel agency and I plan on making it crystal clear to everyone and anyone that EXTENDED STAY AMERICA was a huge, disappointing, unpleasant experience!!!!

Stood here 2 days before leaving for California. The room was clean and had a small kitchen in it. Used their sister property for the pool since this place doesnt have one. Its more of a business style hotel, but its close to all the attractions. Great place for a getaway or business stay for a budget person

Good location. Clean and comfortable. Ideal to have breakfast and dinner at home and avoid waiting time in restaurants

The customer service was great. However, rooms smaller than they say and do not have enough dishwares for 4 people. We rented a room for 4 and got service items for 2. Convenient location though. Major Blvd. at one end goes right into entrance of Universal Studios. Would recommend but if you have party of 4, you may want to stay at a larger establishment.

More of a business hotel, this place is great find. Just keep in mind that there are NO EXTRAS! You get towels, soap, shampoo, but dont exect the room to be cleaned daily unless you are staying for more then 4 days. All rooms come with a small kitchenette and 2 glasses & pots. Again bare essentials. If you can deal with that then you will enjoy your stay there. No pools but their sister property a block down allows you to use that. For a quick weekend getaway, i would recommend this place. Room is large, and doesnt smell.

I was happy with the room, it was clean and comfortable. I was happy with the location, universal was 5 min away. It was close to a main highway where you could find many resturants .

Very friendly staff, very clean. Great location if going to universal studios Orlando. Nice clean room with kitchen for less than fifty dollars a night. Would stay again.

This hotel is a great value. It is clean and very well maintained. Rooms are larger than another Extended stay that I stay at, plus the hallways are internal. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a Starbucks. They offer Wi-Fi in the rooms but it is an additional $5. But that is a per room charge not a per computer charge like other hotel chains that charge. All in-all we would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel.

The room was a nice surprise after a long day at the parks. Perfect if you intend to stay more than one day and want to bring your own food to cook or put in refrigerator. Front desk pleasant to deal with because I forgot several items that they had in stock. Only thing not in room was a hair dryer but the front desk had one! Only problem was the tub was slow to drain when taking a shower.

The price and location. The room smelled funny, almost like a cat had urinated in the room.

My husband and I came to Orlando for a quick vacation and chose the Extended Stay America based on its price and reviews. The staff was very courteous and our room was very clean and supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes. Our bed was very comfortable--we both slept very well. The location was perfect, very close to I-4, International Drive, and many restaurants. It is across the street from Universal Studios. This is not a high-end establishment, but it was significantly better than we expected for the price we paid. We were so happy with this hotel that we are planning to stay there on our next trip to Orlando in Fall 2009.
