June, 2009
AC was noisy, no TV guide, small towels and had to pay extra for beds.

I have stayed with Extended Stay before and loved it, but this place was a mess, the hallways are dirty, the laundry/vending area was aweful, dirty with water on the floor and garbage all over the place. The front desk had no change to give on a weekend. Poor planning when I am sure the weekends are the busy time.

Availability. Location. Clean, friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is very nice but it ended there. The occupant of the room above me was very noisy, the room was only so-so in cleanliness, the room was smelly and the bed creaked with every move. you can't site in the easy chair if you have the a/c on and the room doesn't keep a consistent temperature. the worst past of the experience was the staff lied to travel rep and said I checked out late my last day. I had proof I was at the airport 2 hours before they said I checked out!

Maid service is only once a week for long term stays.

3rd year in a row. we like the kitchenette, price is right, and it is near where we want to be. room is always clean. never any safety/security concerns. housekeeping service is provided only once a week, so you do have to take out your own trash and ask for fresh towels if needed but we do that at home. compared to other all-suite hotels in the area, this is the best price you will get. minor problem this year - they had trouble finding our king bed room we had reserved, but manager got involved and found a room for us. we'll be back next year

The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a bit of a worn and unattractive appearance (room) but was reasonably clean. At the priceline cost, it was reasonably priced and a good value for my purpose (business travel).

"hotel badly needs updating. There are no amenities--if you want cheap, this is it. The kitchenette is added to a regular motel room. There are some dishes but no soap, no information on surrounding area or places to eat. Internet access is intermittent and requires logging on each day. Not the best place to stay--cheap but that was it. Near major hospital so you can hear ambulances all night long."

Nice staff. Convenient location, kitchen, priced well. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable - bed and linens were not what I'd call really comfortable. Adequate generic extended stay hotel, especially for business travel.

This is the right hotel for people who stay longer in any place.

Liked the kitchenette. First day it wasvery dirty, not up to expectations. Very displeased on first day. The room was not cleaned. Trash from previous guest still there, toilet was not cleaned and I believe the bed was just made, sheets were not replaced.

I liked the kitchen, two work desks and WiFi connection (with a fee). Horrible traffic noise and the best was extremely uncomfortable. Not very good.

Kitchenette. No workout, corkscrew. Too far out of town and limited amenities for next stay.

Huge room. Some temporary noise on roof. Loved it. Super friendly staff. Huge room and large bathroom with double sinks and huge closet which was great with 2 teenage girls in town.

It was clean, quiet and efficient with a kitchenette and the staff were very polite and helpful. No complaints. I found this hotel to be perfect for what I needed.

The location. The bed was terrible. This particular Extended Stay America is not a hotel (doors open into hallway) it is a motel. The doors open to the outside. The bed was so bad, when you sit on the foot of the bed, the head of the bed lifted off the ground and most of the TV channels (including major networks) that we were supposed to get were just snow.

Studio with full sized Refrigerator in small well supplied kitchen. Staff gave us a first floor non-smoking room as requested. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky in both rooms. TV had an odd assortment of channels, no local channels for news and weather. The room was comfortable, with small kitchen and even a recliner. The staff went out of their way to get us the type of rooms we wanted. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable and squeaky (all 3 in both rooms.) It was located near several good restaurants and a couple of shopping centers, but not near downtown.

Price, kitchen facilities. Kind of noisy, hard mattress. For the price a good value, the kitchen was great. A little noisy and the mattress was hard. Outside of that clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful.

The staff fixed a problem I had with the TV the next day. The TV was broken the first night of my stay. Average overall.

Lots of workers and noise. I've stayed here before, but it was worse this time. Lots of "activity" and workers making noise. Never felt comfortable.
