The price is very affordable. Good location near I-45, grocery store, and restaurants. Quiet rooms, good air conditioning, clean bathroom with hot water and clean kitchen area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, good for the price but the mattress needs to be replaced and carpet cleaned. To fix these issues, the hotel should invest in a carpet cleaner, plastic covers for their mattresses after purchasing new ones, and clean all bed covers in hot water.

This hotel was very cheap and i got what I paid for. The room was clean enough, but it had no lid on the toilet tank. There were no doors on the cupboards in the kitchenette.

I would not recommend this hotel accept for the convenient location. The room has a small kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. There is laundry facilities, but I did not use them. The room was musty and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the conference that was in town.

OK for a few nights, but that is what I needed. I was just in town for 2 ALL day trainings, so I just needed a place to crash at night. It did have a 2 burner stove with pots/pans and plates/cups/silverware for 2. HEB and long road with places to eat and shop right nearby.

Inexpensive lodging that is convenient to destination. Lack of hot water. Converted hotel does not meet the same standards as others in the chain as far as layout and amenities. Problem with hot water resulted in just above cold showers.

I was surprised that the person at the Front Desk was not able to get me to the hotel when I was trying to drive there. She only knew what exit it was off and nothing after that. I was totally unfamiliar with that area around Houston. Even after stopping and asking other people at convenient stores I had trouble. I finally pulled over at anothe hotel and the Manager of a competitor gave me directions. That was the biggest frustration. Otherwise, there was a 2 burner stove, dishes, cups, and silverware for 2 and pot to cook in. It is very near an HEB and close to many restaurants.

The management was great! They werewas awesome. Great location andgreat staff, but needs some updating. Management was great. The manager was great. In great location. Was very close to my job so I did not spend a lot of money on gas. This place just needs some TLC.

Only two pillows in the room. The hotel was very convenient and affordable. Perfect for a stay on a budget, but not for someone looking for luxury or family vacation.

The furniture was worn and the mattresses not very comfortable. The location off I-45 is terrific and situated close to several dining opportunities. The room was clean and the staff fairly friendly. The beds were satisfactory, but not great. The kitchenette was clean and well stocked with utensils and needed supplies. I would highly recommend to economic-minded business travelers.

I could not take a hot shower. The water was warm for my entire stay. I complained to the front desk but nothing was done.

Nothing. Worst experience in over 20 years.

Price, WIFI, Internet access. No pool. Just off the freeway, on a side-road. Outside entrances. No pool. Laundry facilities. WIFI, Internet access (for a small per-stay fee). Kitchenette. Cable TV.

Quick access off and on I-45. The manager was rude. The hotel was cheap and quickly accessible to the freeway and service road. The amenities were nice and fitting. The over all stay was alright accept that the manager was on the rude side when there was confusion in our staying.

The manager was very helpful. The rest of the staff, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3 floor. No ironing board we had to go down and get it ourselves 3 flights of stairs. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Makes you look bad to back up such an awful place. I first got there to check in and walked in the room and it was filthy. Come to find out someone was still in there. The second room had mold all in the shower. Finally the third room did fine. There was no ironing board in there and they expected us to go to the lobby and get one and carry it 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken the entire stay there.

Value! Lack of complimentary toiletries. This was a great value!

Exceptional staff and great location. Carpets needed to be cleaned; ants; no pool. Clean and tidy outdoor areas including picnic tables. Very quiet. Shopping nearby. Exceptional and friendly staff. Indoors, carpets needed to be cleaned and ants can be a problem. This is my second week-or-longer stay here, and we will return. Exceptional value for money!

Location, location, location and price. The rudeness of those at front desk. For the price, it's almost ok. I have stayed in other cities in hotels with much more friendlier staff with bigger rooms for a similar price.

Price and convenient location. I had a handicap accessible room - not needed, no hot water in the shower, room not adequately supplied with bathroom essentials. I have had pleasant experiences at this hotel generally. This time however, I was place in a handicap accessible room and apparently the water temperature was turned down to limit injuries, but it was too low, barely above the cold water temperature. Additionally, there was no extra soap or toilet paper. Not a problem if there is daily service, but there should be a sufficient stock for a 2 day stay.

Very friendly staff! Elevator was pretty dirty. This was a great stay for a short trip home. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again.

Kitchen. Box spring material was torn showing the cheap wooden box spring. I liked studio 6 better but the area of extended stay better.
