Great landscaping. Staff were nice late at night. Room slightly smelled.

Convient location and economical kitchen. Carpet in hallways not he best, but not bad. Overall, I would rate this motel a 8 with 10 being the best. It met my expectations and was what I was looking for.

April, 2009
Good location. First room wasn't cleaned, had to change.

Easy in and out. No thermostat in room-unable to regulate temperature to our liking. Probably good for an economy minded business traveler by him or herself. Certainly no perks or pleasant lobby surroundings to keep you occupied.

It met my expectations.

The kitchen in the room was helpful. Incredibly rude service. I arrived in the evening, and had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, was not acknowledged by staff .

Cozy room. Bed hard as a rock. Quite and served the purpose for my short stay.

The staff was very friendly. Also, there was plenty of parking. The smell in the rooms. I requested a non-smoking room. But I was given a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke (as if someone had just been in there puffing away). This one smelled a little stale (musty), but was smoke free. The room was a little old-looking, but clean, so I had no complaints, really. If I ever had to do a long-term stay while in Nashville, I would stay at this hotel. Convenient to major Nashville roads. Be warned: the entrance to the hotel is difficult to see. The sign is small and sits almost behind a sign for an apartment complex. We had a hard time finding it.

The kitchen facilities, quiet location. No elevator, no hairdryer. The employee staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchen well appointed with useful appliances and amenities. The hotel was located in a quiet and convenient area of town.

Price and room space. Location. This is a pretty decent place if you're looking to save some bucks and still have a pretty nice stay.

Super clean, great in room amenities. No elevator to upper floor (we stayed at the 3rd floor). Great location, great amenities, great price!

Price. Coffee. Cheap and clean, if you need more you're out of luck.

Great location. Horrible late checking service. This hotel is in great location to all attractions in Lexington metro area. Malls within 5minutes and university of Kentucky within 5 minutes as well!

Very convenient cost effective and comfortable. Hotel is in a good location and has all the very basic amenities for a business traveler.

Nice quiet location. Exhaust fan needed replacing. Great for the price. Very spacious room.

Friendly staff, good restaurant within walking distance. No elevator - had to take big suitcase up circular staircase - they didn't tell us that there was another stairway at the other end of the hall. Suite designed for extended stay. Well equipped mini-kitchen. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants, shops.

Quiet atmosphere. Slowness of check-in. Very clean room, including kitchen area. With just 1 bed, no children running up and down the halls, quiet. Breakfast was good at nearby Waffle House. We'll return.

Nothing. Cheap furniture, minimal service, don't even have double beds! The hotel is more like a Motel 6, if that. The furnishings are second-rate, the staff said they could not provide a wake-up call, the location was impossible to locate, the bed was uncomfortable, and it was a miserable experience. To top it off, they only had one bed in the room and didn't have a cot for my teen-age son, so we had to sleep together in what they called a queen, but it felt more like a double to me. Awful experience. Please don't offer this hotel to save other travelers!

Very accessible to restaurants, stores. A dog in an adjacent room barked, I did not realize was pet friendly but that was okay and will use this okay because of that. Was very clean and staff was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and quick to check us in. The hotel was fine for our needs. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.
