I can't say one thing nice about this place. The rooms smelled, they had stains all over the carpet and furniture. Do not stay here. The rooms had a horrible oder and there was stains all over the carpet. The facilities were poor and many things did not work. Many of the washer and dryers were out of order and the front desk could not make change to even use them. Stay away from this one!

The staff was very quick to check us in and out. The bathroom was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel could have been priced cheaper for the amenities it offered. The bathrooms had human hair left in it. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and customer friendly.

Cleanliness and quiet. The 7 knocks on the door by hotel staff starting at 8am. I will not stay at this location again because of the constant knocking on the door. If check out time is 11am why would staff know on doors so early in the morning. I would expect that from a lower quality hotel. 7 knocks is simply ridiculous.

One uncomfortable bed with an old, cheap bedspread. Really horrible coffee. The bed was old, stained and uncomfortable, covered by the cheapest, thinnest bedspread, equally ancient (no blanket). Horrible coffee, and we've had many varieties in different hotels.

It was inexpensive and had a kitchen. It was a kind of low class. Very basic economy hotel with very little in comfort and amenities.

The price was great and the facility was nice. The bathroom was too small, and it was hard to regulate the temperature overall. The hotel in general was very nice. The rooms were very well appointed, though one of the light bulbs did not work, and no one fixed it, or even mentioned that it was out of service. The bathroom wasvery small, but very clean. The kitchenette was cute, very well appointed, though Ihate electric stoves (I am a chef by trade, and I find that regulation of heat on electric ranges is difficult). I did spend quite a bit of time in the room, and found it hard to find something on television to watch, as channels were very limited to mostly news, sports and movie channels.

Convenient, clean and very quiet accessible to everything and staff very helpful in anyway. No complaints. Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are very clean but can use a few more pillows or at least some thicker ones all in all no complaints and would stay there again if had to.

The newness of the hotel was a welcome surprise in that part of town. Not having a pool available. Comfortable and clean site with incredible, and easy access to Busch Garden area of Tampa. A very pleasant and comfortable hotel.

The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location there was no room service included unless you paid for it. Generaly it was a decent hotel. The staff was helpful. The only thing I didnt like was taking out my own garbage and having no room service.

Friendly staff no pool, hot tub or restuarant, no ice machine The hotel was nice and appeared clean but it didn't offer any recreation activities such as a pool or spa. An onsite dining establishment would have been nice as well.

The room was ok it had a small kitchenette. There was no continental breakfast,also had no pool. Not bad for the price,but missed the amenites of breakfast and pool.

Full kitchen. Out dated room no lobby in the hotel. no computer room. I wouldn't stay again, room had pet hair all over carpet, that probably why the room had a funny odor. No decent size lobby to sit in. no computer room but hotel did offer wi-fi for an addition charge.

The room given smelled smoky - made my eyes water. Bathroom mirror was dirty & there was a piece of trash in the waste can. The entire 2nd floor had a smell to it. Was given a different room on 1st floor. Much better. No smell and it was cleaner.

The room are on the inside of the hotel. The tub and toilet was a little dirty. Overall, this room was a great value and a decent place to stay.

Morning desk clerk at checkout. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. It would have been very nice had the day clerk made more coffee after I kindly asked for it when I found the very small pot in the lobby empty. Instead she replied, I will later.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for the money. Help was outstanding. Would defiantly stay here again.
