Was very close to the dock where we were diving. It was clean, comfortable. Forgot to do my wake up call, no continental breakfast. It was great. very clean and comfortable. everything we expected, and maybe slightly more for a 2 star hotel. We were pleased.

We do a lot of travelling and this by far was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The ESAs we've seen always look nice from the outside. We like dogs but it seemed like every guest had brought theirs along. Don't know if that contributed to the bad smell in the hallways or not. We didn't get the type of room we reserved (2 double beds) but instead were given a room with 1 king (that made a noise every time someone made the slightest movement) and a bed couch with broken springs. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or lotion so make sure you bring your own if you stay here. And there's no fan or ventilation in the bathroom which is really bad considering the toilet, shower, and sink are all in one room. If you want your bed made or room cleaned evey day then plan on paying extra (10) unless you stay for 6 or more days. Next time we'll pay extra to stay some place with better accomodations and hopefully get a decent night's rest.

Location was good and it provided everything you need except a corkscrew. I arrived in Seattle and called to tell them I'd be on my way. I got there and was greeted by friendly staff. It was nice.

Fairly clean, very basic accomodations and in anconvienent location. No amenities.

small kitchens, late check-out not in Tacoma, nearest restaurant a long walk, price high for amenities, given the current economy. This hotel is perfectly nice for an economy hotel, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was large and reasonably comfortable, and the mini-kitchen is a bonus. However, rooms are only serviced weekly, and there is a charge for additional cleaning or towels and other common amenities that are usually included in the price of the room. The regular price for the room is similar to that of full-service hotels.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the friendly staff, but that's definitely not enough to ever make us want to stay there again! Dirty, extra charges to change from a queen bed to 2 doubles, noisy, and horrible beds. Window was stuck, remote didn't work, hot water only in shower. We had to change rooms 3x due to the noise and matted animal hair on a chair and rug. The bathroom was dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was only hot water in the bathtub!

Quiet and comfortable. The room had only decaf coffee and no coffee in the lobby. Also no shampoo or cream and sugar.

Location was just off the highway. No pool, or work out room.

Not a 2 star, no breakfast, no gym, no staff after 11pm. Very noisy from freeway and slamming doors in hallway. Not a 2 star. Not recommended!

The exterior. The rates, the front desk closing. Our experience was bad. Shortly after arriving we found that there were rats living in the box springs. We left the room to get our luggage and came back to rat droppings on the bed. The front desk closed early, right after we checked in apparently. So there was no one to help us. We were not able to use our room.

Armed security patrolled the parking lot all night. Up charges at the hotel for Internet and 2 beds raised the cost, couldn't call hotel, phone was broken. No shampoo. Beard hairs left on sink. Hotel is conveniently located close to Tacoma and Federal Way with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 705. Far enough off the highway to avoid road noise. Beware the price you pay only includes a single queen bed, travelers with children will have to upgrade. Wireless Internet was a good strong connection but was an additional charge. Room appeared to have been cleaned but not well, beard hairs were left on the kitchen sink and shampoo/conditioner was not provided in the room.

Fridge and microwave in room. Friendly staff. No fan in bathroom, steamy mirror. I enjoyed my stay. Almost everything was as expected for this type of hotel.

Kitchen. Shabbiness. The room was clean, but overall the hotel has a shabby feel to it. Conversations in neighboring rooms were audible through the walls. The hotel staff seemed friendly, but disinterested.

Dirty. This hotel does not offer shampoo, conditioner, or others bathroom materials. The remote control fo the television doesn't work. Have to pay extra for another bed and you have to pay for wireless internet. The only thing that free is parking.

Friendly staff, price was great, good location & convenient. The best was small & very hard. My only really big complaint was the bed. It was really hard and small. Also the remote didn't work but I'm sure the friendly staff would have replaced the two batteries upon my request. Id stay here again, but ask for a better bed and more pillows.

The night staff did a fantastic job. The remote control for the TV didn't reach from the bed and the recliner was old. The room was very clean.

Kitchenette was very handy, room large enough to accommodate our visiting family members. Bathroom is small and had no fan. Rooms are fairly simple but were extremely clean. The kitchenette was very handy. The staff was excellent. We made several calls to the front desk with questions regarding local restaurants, taxi's, etc. and each person was willing to give their. I'd definitely stay there again.

Rooms didn't come with any essentials, we had to ask for shampoo, hair dryer and iron. Toilet leaked noisy. Beds were rock hard, like laying on concrete, rooms don't come equipped with the basics you become accustomed to at most hotels, things like hair dryer, shampoo, iron, we had to go to front desk to get.

No hotel without shampoo or a hair dryer. The bedspreads are awful! I would have been better off in a Motel 6 that I walked into cold.
Date of Stay:

Its basic and quiet. Internet for an extra fee, no shampoo.
