The hotel was very comfortable but it was in the middle of a renovation. I can tell when it is done it will be very nice. Some of the dinning areas were closed for the renovation

Away from the noise of the highway. Television could have been updated. This type of hotel was very handy and very comfortable for any kind of traveler.

This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover - the room had a rock hard bed with OLD bedspread covered with cigarette burns. The "closet" was metal racks installed on the wall - installed actually not the word since they were falling off the wall. I checked in late in the evening, planned to stay four nights, then checked out immediately the next morning - Never again. The staff was friendly and helpful - so at least that was a positive.

Location and price. Great only thing is I could not watch the NBA game they did not carry ABC.

The room was clean. Everything worked. No frills, no style. 24 hour security guard in parking lot. If you are concerned about price this place will work for you.

It was close to where I needed to go. Poorly signed hard to see when driving with the need to pay attention to traffic. When I checked in, I needed to wait while the desk person ( can't call him an desk agent ) ignored me while on a computer searching the internet. Checked me into a dirty room.

It was cheap. No free maid service andTV was very small. Average rooms beds uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable, laundry services sub standard, not good for travelers with children andonly okay for single travelers.

Exterior looked great and the staff was excellent. The room was dated, window treatments off hooks and the carpet felt damp.

Iliked the the and being very close to shopping and eateries. The mattresses are as hard as a rock, my back still hurts four days later. Spend some of the rent money on some new beds please. The view is nice and many restaurants are close.

Convenience and location The cable for the TV was not working properly. The hotel was clean. My only problem was with the television and the cable not working properly.

The freedom to cook my own food. Bare minimum given, everything else costs. This hotel room had a rock hard mattress and a microwave that smelled like burnt popcorn every time I used it. There were no perks--what you see is what you get. Laundry and vending machines were overpriced. Without my knowledge of the area, I would have been angry. I made do knowing where to purchase equivalent items with my rented car from the airport.

It has a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Parking is a pain -- you always have to walk outside usually in rain. Excellent economy lodging for the business traveler and perfect location for me.

I liked the kitchen in the room. I had to chaperone two High School Students for a special event. The walls were thin. Noisy at times. The hallway was smelly. Although it was a nonsmoking facility, people obviously smoked in their rooms. I was pleased to get this room for the price I paid. I was surprised that it was given a one-star rating. It exceeded the quality of what I would guess a one-star would be.

Location, ease of pulling in and out of parking lot. The bed was too hard! We had to buy a bed pad. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette was perfect and the location was perfect, away from very busy downtown, but across the street from the mall - within walking distance. This is the 2nd ESA we've stayed at and both had very hard beds and were very uncomfortable. Before the 2nd night we went and purchase a memory foam pad for the bed and it was much better.

Good people, great room, good location. Nothing. The experience that we had at this hotel was great. The people were very helpful, the room was lovely and the location was easy to access.
