Extended Stay America Memphis was very disappointing. The carpet was very dirty and stained. For the price we paid, not worth it. This experience gave us a very bad impression on Extended Stay America.

Noting. Bedbug, dirty box spring stained chains, cars were broken in.

If you want a place with a kitchen/kitchenette and room to stretch out in, it's a nice place. Don't expect amenities such as an ice machine (I gather they expect you to use the two ice trays in the full-size fridge; bring a cooler if you want to ice down some wine). The kitchen is a nice feature. We like to stay at ESA's when we travel for that very reason.Don't expect a swimming pool, workout room or business center (although they do have Internet access from the rooms if you have a laptop and that's your thing). There are plenty of multi-state chain-type restaurants in the area if you enjoy them; ask for recommendations about non-chain restaurants and you may find a treasure trove. This hotel is convenient to the Interstate. It's out of the way of the airport (always a plus in my book if you're driving rather than flying) and well away from touristy things such as Graceland or Beale Street, although you can always get there if you really want to!We've stayed at this hotel several times in the last three years and were always happy with it.

The high-way is very noisy from your room. Poor insulation by the door so you hear the traffic all the time. Small rooms. The recliner chair was wore out with the recliner lever eaten off by a dog. The hotel charged an extra $5.00 for internet access. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. It was dirty, run down, next to the freeway, which created lots of noise. First, each room opens to the outside. Second, it's right next to the freeway, making for bad road noise. Third, it was quite run down. Fourth, it smelled terrible. Fifth, it just didn't feel safe.

This hotel was right near everything I needed for the weekend; a great mall and nice restaurants. I enjoyed the experience and the staff was very nice. I would definitely come back to this location.

Location. There was a roach on the bed and the room was dirty. Great location however, has roaches, was dirty and has cigarette burn holes throughout the room. Have stayed here several times before. This was the worst ever!

I liked the kitchen accommodations, refrigerator, etc. and the location. Ceiling needed a little repair in the bathroom.

Nothing. Everything. It was filthy. There were stains on the inside of the front door, and rust on the outside of the fridge. When I told the front desk the room was dirty, she said she would send someone to clean first thing in the morning but no one ever came. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I was very shocked that this was an Extended Stay. I've stayed in many in the past in different states and they've always been very nice. This one looked more like a room where convicts would stay while on the lamb.

Very quiet. Its $30.00 away from midtown, and public transit was poor. Perfect for a family and those that like to stay in, I loved the kitchenette and utensils they provide, if you have a bad back, its not a place to stay, the bed its the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered.

It was hard to at night due to poor lighting. The face bowl had standing water in it. Hard to find off the highway and poor lighting. The office hard to find. The staff would not help and no other room to move me into.

There is no housekeeping on the weekend. This hotel provides no housekeeping on the weekend and you must pay for daily housekeeping. The staff never told us this at check-in. They actually expect a person to keep the same towels all week or wash them yourself!

Price. Broken glass; shoddy maintenance; sheets that were too small for bed; only third floor walk-up; ongoing construction; indifferent staff. Conditions were deplorable. It was cheap. It was cheap. Cheap with pleasant service. Room was shabby, and did not have any rooms available below third floor due to extensive renovations. Long hike back and forth.

I really enjoyed the cleanness of the hotel and the friendly staff who served me. I regret that it did not have a pool. This hotel was very clean and the staff answered my questions well and aided my in getting around the area.

Great value for the price. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Great value for the price and wonderful staff. The handicap parking spaces were very few and were mostly in the back.

The price was great! Noticed a few ants crawling in the room. Very nice for the price and location was great for me. Very nice having fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board in room. Makes you feel at home. King.

They were friendly and helpful, clean and accommodating. Nothing. This hotel was perfect for our trip. Nothing special but nothing scary. When there was a problem with our room and no one to fix it they moved to an identical room within minutes. The comfort and quiet were much appreciated.

Wrong side of town but it was my lack of knowledge of where Graceland was located. Very good.
