Kitchen. They came in and stolid my food. It was an average stay, although I stay in extended stay very often an have never had them remove part of my food. This was very bad, they also removed the internet code and tried to charge me a second time. The hotel felt more like motel 6 rather than extended stay America.

convenient to the place we needed to be; like a mini home; clean and new. We were due to attend a meeting and church service that weekend in Stafford, TX. This was an unplanned trip so we had to make quick reservations. We were so relieved to find the hotel so convenient to our needs, clean, new, with a well equipped kitchen, Internet access, beautiful landscaping and a pleasant and helpful clerk who checked us in and out. We think this hotel is one of Texas' best kept secret.

Sorry, I can't. Charged $20 extra per night for 2 beds, poor housekeeping and overall maintenance of facility. Hotel was poor in room cleanliness and general upkeep. Chemicals at pool were in plain view and easily accessible to children. Ice maker and laundry were out of service. Would not stay here again.

I was very pleased with the location, every thing that I needed was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very nice and friendly. N/A The hotel is surrounding by restaurants, stores and the mall. Everything is very convenient. The rooms were very clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

The hotels location was in a pretty nice location. The room was way to little and the toilet was stopped up. The overall experience was not what we expected for being a two star hotel.

Good Size Room Had to move to a second room due to smell. I was not happy with my stay here at this hotel. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. I had to request a second room that also smelled like smoke but not as bad. I tried to request another room but was not able to move.

nice unexpected continental breakfast Non-smoking rooms were not! Beds VERY uncomfortable, springs sprung! My MAIN complaint is when I called to ask for non-smoking rooms and double beds (rather than king) they said the rooms had ONE bed and it would be a 10$ upgrade a room for doubles.

WE recieved no room service on any of the four days we stayed The room was fair. Front door had broken safty lock. The light in vanity area did not work, lamp on table was broken from shade (i fixed it) did not accept my aarp card for discount. Would not stay there again. No TV channels only local area

Housekeepers were very friendly and accomidating and breakfast was good Rooms could have been cleaner, carpet was stained This was the first time using hotel. Next time I would bid a bit higher to get an upgraded hotel, but for the price, it was an excellent bargain.
