I arrived at the hotel(Extended Stay America) and checked in. I then went to the room and I was very surprised by the number of men in the outside corridors standing around on my way to the room. I then returned to the office to let the manager know that I didn't feel safe and that I would be uncomfortable returning at night after spending time with my family. She told me that many of the the men are construction workers and are long term stays.

Cheap in a convenient location with kitchenette. Stingy. No dish soap, no shampoo, no ice machine. Basic except for kitchenette. I got what I paid for it. Glad I took my own shampoo.

The room was wonderful...Right off the interstate and central to everything! Staff was very accomidating!

The Extended Stay was a good value and we were well pleased with our stay. We plan to return there when we're in Mobile again.

Location close to highway. Cleanliness. One queen-sized bed. Nice hotel. Have stayed at Extended Stay hotels often through Priceline, and each time, they give only one queen-sized bed. This is problematic when traveling with spouse/partner. Other Priceline hotels provide either king-size beds or two beds. Would be great if Extended Stay did the same.

Two tiny hard pillows not okay. Nice to have utensils in the kitchen, but they were not clean and nothing there to clean them with.

Extended stay was ok; bed was not as comfortable and mattress was too hard. I didn't like the front desk not attended too after 11p.m. I locked the door and forgot the key and had enormous problems one night. there was no sign the staff left at 11pm other amnities was ok

It was very nice and accomodating. Did not know about the kitchen so we could have brought food. It was alot nicer than I expected. I would very much recommend to family and friends and I will also be back.

Never Again will I stay at this hotel. Loud music comes from the parking lot till late, Broken down cars litter the lot, all rooms are outside entrances and there are many people hanging out in the parking lot and walk ways on any given evening,,,, when I had a problem with the internet, I was told the wait was too long for the desk person to stay on the line, but I could call myself .

Price & Kitchen. Door opens to outside. Near noisy highway

Price, microwave, and full refrigerator. TV used satellite - very few channels. Staff was very friendly. They called us after getting in to the room to make sure it met our expectations and to learn if we needed anything. For the price it was a very pleasant experience!

Nothing. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. This is a bad property and the hotel staff make it unacceptable. I would not stay there again.

Price. Kitchenette. No maid service. Door opened to the outside. You must stay 7 nights or longer to get one day of maid service. No hotel lobby, restaurant or night staff. Kitchenette was good. Room was initially very clean. All room facilities worked ok.

Location. Bed and had to pay for internet usage. The bed was very cheap. We had to pay a fee to access the internet. The location was good. The hotel is in need of repair, I.e. The shower in the room was broken and we were given a handicap room without a tub.

Was clean and everything was in good working order. The parking lot is not fenced in or appears to be well lit at night. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the best yet! Looks like a change in management and an overhaul has been done to the rooms. Value is good for this type of hotel. Staff is very helpful and considerate.

Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Nothing overkills. No pool, and liked staff but region is not friendly for whites - felt hated. If you want a no-frills motel this is it. Nice staff and nice location.

Absolutely nothing. Dirty. The room was nasty. It really looked like it was not cleaned. There was an old coffee filter with old grounds still in the coffee pot. Stains on the floor. The room smelled like smoke & had multiple burns on the table tops even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was trash on elevator.

There is a kitchen. No breakfast. Good hotel for extended stay .

Nice room with kitchenette for a very low price. Found no problems. This hotel was a great for the price and was convenient to downtown mobile. I also liked that the room had a kitchenette and was very roomy.

Good value. No hair dryer or shampoo. It was a nice clean no-frills place to stay, close by the interstate so it was easy to go anywhere. Check in and checkout went easily.
