Becaues of traveling so often with my church, great value is priceless. I don't want to stay in a bad room because I have to stay on a tight budget. I would like to see the twin beds go. When I travel, it is important to really get a good nights rest, even better than at home. Plenty of room in the bed makes a big difference. It would be good if the kitchen was just a bit more stocked with the basic things needed if you want to prepare a simple meal or even heat leftovers.

Spartan, but clean. Better than other Extended Stay hotels I have had in the past - but still not up-to-par with other chains.

It was cheap. Rooms were very poor. Not a good hotel. I have stayed at two Extended Stay Americas now and neither was a pleasant experience. I expected more out of a two star rating.

Location. Poor mattress & cleanliness. It was not what I expected. No daily cleaning or refreshment of towels. For the price and convenience I was somewhat satisfied. There was not much pride in the upkeep of the rooms.

People working there were very friendly and helpful. Walls were too thin could hear those around you. People were also load outside. Friendly but not very nice. Too load inside and out.

Room in need of remodel - parking insufficient for large trucks. The outside of the hotel was clean, nice and well landscaped. The employees were friendly. Lobby was clean. Unfortunately, the room we were given was not of the same standard I expect for a Residence Inn. The room was small, old in appearance and I have never seen eating utensils of the fashion we had there except in a history museum, they were very old and not really good for using. Also the TV was smaller than I have found to be standard in hotel rooms. Lastly, many business people stay at Residence and that includes people that drive very large vehicles (such as tree trimmers) and there is no where for those vehicles to safely park. It was very difficult to get in and out of the parking places due to the fact that the large vehicles were parked parallel behind our car.

Price, design, facilities. Too many men were hanging out in the lobby. Clean, well maintained, good quality and price. I liked the hotel and will stay there again.

Friendly staff. Bed light did not work and it took several hours to get it fixed. It was just average nothing outstanding good or bad. Some people were drinking and playing music outside their room but they stop by 10 p.m.

Good place to stay if traveling on business or long periods. Rooms only have one bed. I would stay here again for this price, but would not recommend for families traveling on vacation. There were only rooms with one bed available. Rooms were clean and the kitchenette would be great if staying for an extended visit.

Comfortable and convenient to Interstate. A little hard to find entrance off frontage road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient to the event I was attending. Bathroom was nasty, had not been cleaned from last visitor. Someone dropped a glass beer bottle at the top of the stairs it stayed their until we left. Okay for price we paid, cleanliness was not adequate for what I consider a 2 star.

Clean and accommodating. Nothing. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
