Hotel staffwas very friendly. Cleaning cart was parked outside our room for our entire stay. This hotel was old. Our room was an efficiency apartment with full size appliances. The mattress was very firm.

The floor I was on was under construction. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Difficulty in getting certain supplies and no elevators. The room was nice and roomy. The staff was also friendly and helpful most times but not always available for supplies refills. Also, there was no elevators so had to carry all heavy luggage up the stairs.

Carpets needed to be steam cleaned. The hotel was very nice for the price range its in. The carpets needed to be cleaned but the room itself was fine. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very close to Tri-County Mall and a lot of other shops and restaurants.

The clerk was very friendly and the pool was good. No gym or breakfast. This hotel was good for what I needed but needed an extra bed. I loved the kitchen and the pool.

The staff was attentive when I voiced a complaint. The refrigerator was not clean. This hotel is in the process of updating rooms. The beds were first rate and very comfortable.

It was really cheap which was what we needed for our extended stay. The room was not very clean. It has a kitchen in the room with stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. The pool was clean. The carpet in our room was new. The manager was very friendly and personable. When we came in, our room wasn't cleaned yet. We took a smoking room instead of a non-smoking so that we could settle in. We stayed with that room because it was on the 1st floor and we had a lot to unpack. The mirror was dirty, the tile in the kitchen had not been cleaned well (if at all), and we had trouble with gnats (not a million, but enough to be very annoying). They needed a new TV. and 1 or 2 of the burners on the stove didn't work. It really needed updated. For the price, and our needs, it was fine. it just should've been cleaner.

The location and the staff. It was dirty, the toilet leaked and the sink had water damage! The staff and location of this hotel was great. The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible! The rooms were not clean, the sink in the bathroom had major water damage and the toilet leaked. The was only one bed in the room and the hotel offered no roll out beds and the bed in the room was a full size bed.

Location. Needs a lot of updating and repairs. Room had a smoky smell, closest doors falling off there rails. I was there 4 nights and had no housekeeping-towels, wash clothes, soap & etc.

It was close to downtown. Very old and outdated. The hotel is very old, outdated, and in my opinion isn't even worthy of earning one-star. The AC was on full blast when we got to the room and we couldn't get it to turn off. There was a bag of old potatoes in a cabinet. There was not even complimentary shampoo, something I've come to expect from just about any hotel. The paint was chipped on the counter, the bed was lumpy, the TV was from the 80's and the check-in process was just plain weird. This particular hotel should not be on this site, I couldn't be paid to stay there again.

Easy access to restuarants and shopping. Couldn't get bigger room. Had to sleep on floor! For my first visit there it was okay. Had to sleep on floor because the room size was not enough for my fiancé and young daughter. If it wasn't for the nice guy at the desk who tried to help me and gave me beautiful directions in Springdale, I would have taken my family to another place to stay!

It was nice that it had a full-sized fridge and stove. The bathroom shower curtain had mildew. This hotel was great. The staff was friendly. It had a full kitchen if I had wanted to cook and was right across the street from restaurants and stores. It was also only 10 minutes away from a ice rink. The shower was hot and had good pressure, although the shower curtain had mildew. The only other complaint I had is that it had no elevators. Being on the third floor (since all the first floor rooms are smoking), I had to drag my hockey bag up and down the stairs. But all in all, a good hotel for the budget-minded.

It was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Nothing. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. You could do your laundry. I would recommend this to everybody.

The location was nice. Everything else about the stay. The toilet was too dirty, the kitchen floor had crumbs all over, the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest and there was broken glass in the ice tray in the freezer. I was not satisfied with this hotel at all!
