This was a leisure trip but the room is perfect for having family come visit; spacious and plenty of seating room.

Good location. Extra charge was frustrating. Decent and clean.

would like to stay here again when visiting Rochester.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is not too far from Mayo so they are wonderful with the people staying there needing medicial attention. This is not from personal experience but from my observation.

Kitchen area. The bed was horrible and room layout not great. I have never been so uncomfortable after sleeping. The bed was rock hard and we only had two small pillows. The staff person was very friendly and location good. Overall, okay.

Have gone 4 times. First time was great, but now there is only basic cable instead of expanded, internet access is unreliable, the bedding is shoddy and had holes in the sheets, and the refresh service is no longer free (yeah, you have to pay for fresh towels now). Due to construction, the hotel is no longer easily accessible and it takes 15 minutes just to get in and out of there. Won't be staying there anymore.

Good value for the money. Not conveniently off of interstate. For the money paid, this was a very nice hotel.

I liked the accommodations for the price. Very reasonable with clean, new rooms. The frig microwave and space were great! Will return

Very friendly staff .

The beds are so hard that we needed to buy a foam mattress pad to survive the 3 nights we were here. Bring an airmattress and just sleep on the floor.

The staf was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the extended stay with kitchenette was wonderful.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Ample parking near door. Cooking/eating utensils. Lack of overall amenities (pool, fitness room, spa, breakfast). No frills! Would be fine for stays when you need only a place to sleep and a kitchenette. But - no exercise room, no pool, no spa, no breakfast of any type, fee for WiFi.

Kitchen. Cigarette smoke smell in my room at night. Overall, it was good. There was too much light coming in from the parking lot, and some young people ran through the hallways at 3 am. But the room itself was great and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There's a fee to use the internet, and the TV was little. But the Kitchen was great.

It is fairly new construction with a low price tag! WiFibandwidth is limited at all hours of the day I was unable to video conference.

Cost was excellent; clean facilities. No public spaces.

Bad pillows. This motel is difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the the exits.

Quiet, clean and friendly. No shampoo, no free internet and no continental breakfast. No shampoo, no free internet, no continental breakfast but was quiet, clean and friendly.

I liked the kitchen and frig. Easy chair not large enough. The distance needed to get to this place down a mile long frontage road made it a negative experience.
Date of Stay:

Very clean and comfortable. It met our needs. Road access hard to find.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
Kitchenette. No hair dryer. It served my purpose for a one night stay.
