Other than the lack of little necesary items in the room, it was a very nice stay at a reasonable cost. For what I needed to do, the location of the hotel, and close restaurants made it quite convenient. The room was very clean, and the staff friendly.

Initially I thought it was good value for the money, until I lived in the place for 2 days. Highlights here, 2 postage stamp size pillows on a king size bed, and a sheet that did not hang over the edge so it was like being short sheeted. kitchen faucet 'twirled' so no regulated hot and cold water. No dish soap to wash the dishes with, so I question how the dishes were cleaned before we used them...yuk!! Toaster only cooked one side. We had bagels that were littly white on one side and charcoal black on the other. The lid did not fit the pan. The spatuala was so flimsy it didn't pick up the eggs. The iron leaked like a sieve. Paint was peeling from the walls. Paid for internet service that would not connect so we had to find alternate places to Google locations, quite inconvienent when you've paid for it. No towels in the room when we first arrived. And Barbara's attitude?? checked us in, owner?? perhaps??? don't even go there! Heading home, we spent a night at another chain and were so amazed at the differnce.....same price but worlds apart in quality, comfort , detail and friendliness!!!

A very good no-frills stay,well worth the money. The room was clean and although not the newest, it was fine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some travelers may want or need a daily houskeeping service or breakfast buffet but for me it's just an unnecessary add-on. The location was perfect for me, easy access to the foothills and mountains. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to a friend.

The kitchenette was nice.. The room was not very clean, the TV remote didn't work. This hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel, but I'm not sure how they managed that. The room was moderately clean, the dishes looked like they were justed wiped clean, not washed. The mirror in the bathroom was not clean nor was the tub. The buttons on the TV remote did not all work and upon check out, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me out. I called the number that was given in case no one was at the desk, and the phone at the front desk rang - what's the point when no one was there in the first place? I will not stay here again.

This hotel needs major updating. Looks old and smells old. The interoir was depressing and staff help was mimimal. Room I was given to check-in, already had a person in room.

+ The Extended Stay , Lakewood, Co is a terrible hotel. The sheets on the bed were ripped, the towels were dirty, there wasn't any toilet paper -- we were told to buy our own at Wal-mart, no hair dryers, no shampoo and did I mention the room was DIRTY.

In room kitchen. Bed was a rock. The hotel was okay if you need a place to stay but a bit lacking in most thing bed was not comfortable but possibly for a night the room was bland. Overall, nothing horrible but nothing great either.

I reserved a none smoking room and they gave me a smoking rooom. Since they were booked I could not change. After my four nigth stay I went home and EVERYTHING of mine smelled like smoke. I tried to have someone at the front desk spray the room or to fix the problem, they were completely unhelpful.

Having a kitchen. The person with dry heaves at midnight. Barking dogs, dirty room. I hope never to stay there again. The bathtub was full of hair, the tub was cracked, the floor was so dirty that when I wiped a water spill, towel was filthy. The walls are thin.

Nothing. Dirty, cheap and uncomfortable. It was inexpensive but worse it was cheap. There are many other motels in the area that really make this one look bad.

Convenient location. Room was cramped, bed wasuncomfortable and recline was broken. Hotel staff person was very competent and friendly. Room was not a good value - poor quality and would be hesitant to stay at another of these properties again.

We liked the convenience of parking outside our door (at this one), the kitchen, location, decor - just about everything. Check-in after 3:00. 2 folding chairs would be nice. We had company and wanted to play Clue. Two had to make-do. This was our first time staying in an Extended Stay facility but not our last. We actually went from there to Colorado Springs and stayed in one and were very satisfied as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen is great. The bed was comfortable - not too firm and not too soft. We were very pleased.

Location, appliances, very friendly staff. My stay was very restfull, as the neigborhood was safe & quite, close to a number of eating establishments, very central to major roadways, and extremely affordable. I would reccommend it in a heartbeat!

Kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, dishes and full sized refrigerator. Only one queen per room, very small rooms. Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Met our needs and for the price we would stay there again.

Staff friendly, location and grounds nice. No dishwasher, only one thin bar of soap provided, shower had ugly mildew, kitchen counter dirty and heaved. Definitely not as nice as other extended stay hotels - no toiletries or other supplies provided, no dishwasher, shower had mildew, kitchen counter was heaved and uneven, and the air conditioner barely worked.

Friendly staff. First we got a room with some funky smell, and I spot a cigar box on the ground, but the manager on site was very willing to switch us to another room. The WiFi access is available and free, although there was some certificate issue with our computer, but the manager was very eager to help us out.
