Accommodations were generally good. Room was clean but it was evident that some maintenance was needed (wallpaper, chipped moldings). Person(s) in room above mine were very, very noisy: consistently awakened me at 3:15 - 4:15 a.m. for long periods of time. There was bumping, slamming throughout the day. I reported this to the office shortly after I checked in. The noise did not stop. No one is in the office during the night when noise was really excessive and prevented sleeping. I was given a $25 coupon upon check-out, however, that did not make uo for the 4 nights that I lost sleep, and the constant noise during the day. I had already declined the room I was originally assigned. I had booked a deluxe; the only one that was available was a handicapped room which was dark and on the lower level, not a relaxing atmosphere at all. In spite of this experience, I would try this hotel once more since it is convenient, rooms are a good size, and it has a full kitchen. However, if any of the same problems are encountered, I would not be willing to return and my rating would definitely drop.

Room was clean and functional. Location was good. Hallway carpet needed cleaning.

Everyone was friendly and check-in/out was easy. It looked like this hotel was going through some furniture changes, but it didn't interfere with comfort. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The staff is always very accommodating. You can hear the peole walk around in the morning. Conveniently close to everything, especially the mall.

Bathrooms were very clean. The air/heating unit would not stay on and the room got very hot and stuffy overnight.

The hotel employees are very pleasant and accommodating. Their pillows. Comfortable. I like the kitchen with a full size fridge.

The location. No maid service room was not cleaned for 3 days. Not a good place for a person that wants the royal treatment you get at most upscale hotels.

Good location and friendly staff. Little dated in the bathrooms but everything worked well. Good spot, not very romantic, little dated but all items were clean and useable.

The management is very accommodating. Always a pleasant smile. The pillows are very thin. They don't have much body; therefore I never really sleep well on their stiff mattresses. I enjoy the kitchen and the full size fridge. I wish they had more channel choices on TV.

The location was close to the mall/shopping. Old. The first room they placed us in had a malfunctioning toilet. Both rooms were old, had outdated fixtures, and was in disrepair. I do not think this hotel could be classed as 2 star and in fact was not nearly has nice as most hotels in the same chain I've stayed in.

Friendly excellent staff. The room was outdated, not very clean, the floor was coming up. This hotel is very basic, the rooms are outdated. It had a very hard bed, and a couple of flat pillows. The mini kitchen was useful. I thought it would be the same standard as a Comfort inn, but certainly wasn't. I won't be going back. Saying that the staff couldn't do enough for you, so nice and friendly. Very good price, which made up for the rest!

Close to the mall and very accommodating. Pillows are too thin; not puffy. Clean, no frills hotel, close to the highway and the mall.

Very friendly staff. Only 1 bed. Nice hotel, only 1 queen bed, extra charge of $20.00 for pull-out sleeper.

Nothing. Everything. Dirty. Scary. In addition to all the other terrible conditions of this hotel, I also could not get onto the internet. Phone system didn't work.

The employee working in the office. Only 1 bed in the room. Ring in the toilet bowl. I was not at all pleased with my room/hotel. There was only one queen size bed and my husband and I were traveling with two children. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a pull out sofa. My original room had a moldy toilet and the phones did not work at all the night that I was there.

Nice staff. Beds. This should not be a two star hotel.

Nothing. Hard bed, no room service. This is not a 2 star. Motel 6 is better.

Good place to spend the night after a long drive. Nothing. Good hotel in a very convenient location right off of the interstate.
Date of Stay:

Location to highway. Filthy, bad odor, moldy, dirty bathroom, carpet was nasty; bed was broken and tilted to one side. My room was the worst I've ever stayed in. I cannot believe they would have such filth and a broken bed in a room they are renting.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Had a kitchen. No restaurant. The customer service is very cordial and friendly. The management bends over backwards to take care of their clients.
