Hotel is in a very nice location, close to food and shopping. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean..

Inexpensive. Hard bed, cleanliness and damaged furniture. This hotel was great for the price. It was in a good location with restaurants and shopping close by. The room was great because of the kitchenette, but it all needed a good scrubbing. (I am sort of a clean freak:)

First room they offered us had not been cleaned and the carpet was filthy. Second room was in much better shape. The main issue with this motel was a club right next door that was open until 3:00 AM and the music was real loud. It didn't seem to make a difference where your room was at, you could still "feel" the base.

This hotel was a great selection. Personnel were friendly, clean and spacious rooms and dishes as well as toaster microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. Oh yes the pool area even has a barbecue grill and exercise rooms on all the floors. My only complaint was that the bathrooms don't have an exhaust fan in them. Foggy mirrors are a little irritating to me. Down the street from restaurants, gas and grocery store. Besides the mirrors I look forward to staying at this or another Homestead in the future.

I am very displeased with Extended Stay America in Sharonville Ohio. There was no housekeeping service scheduled if your stay was under 5 days, there was no working vet fan in the room to vent moisture and odors from the bathroom or shower, Patrons were expected to bring their towels down to the office and exchange them 1 for 1, their was no security provided for guest belongings as the signs posted we are not responsible for items left in your room or car, There was no computer terminal available for guests to find directions. There was no dining area for even a continental breakfast. Nearest ATM was away from hotel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were self absorbed and of little assistance. The location was good for restraunts if you were familiar with the location. Overall it was a very poor experience. I have stayed in Military barracks that provided better amenities and service.

It was close to the attractions, we were going to for that weekend. It was right next to a strip/adult club. This hotel was ok but the room was nasty. It was right next to a strip/ adult club. Loud people outside the entire night and you could hear the bass from the music inside the club from your hotel room. It was an awful experience and i will never stay there again.

Only problem was that I was charged for internet and did not have a computer. Verify room charges at check-in.

This hotel was unkept the room was dirty and the carpet had many burns. The room had no iron and when you borrowed one from the desk you were requested to return it in one hour. If you have any other hotel options PLEASE use them!

The gentleman who checked me in was very courteous Nothing everything was great.

This was a very economical hotel for the price. The room was nice and the built in kitchenette was a plus. I was not aware that they didn't have daily room service. since this was a extended stay place, they came by once a week. It was extra if you wanted cleanup every day. They will replace your towels if you bring them to the front desk. Overall, it was okay for the price and if you don't need alot of amenities.

Price. Room was rough. Location and inside. A shame, you can not get somebody who cares to work.

I made reservations for a room with Extended Stay America and was unable to check in due to an insufficeient staff that happened to be on duty that night. Imagine driving into your destination to find a sign on the office reflecting the office hours that end at 11 pm and no night staff on duty to check you in! We had a one night stay with a check out time of 11am. We were asked to come back at 7am to get our room!

Price was good for what we needed it for. Early check-out time. Good for a nights stay at a resonable rate. We would stay here again. The rooms are nice with a table, chairs and small kitchen if you need them.

The kitchenette was nice to have even though we didn't use it. The staff was not very friendly when checking us in. This hotel is centrally located off of I-75 close to other hotels and restaurants. It includes a full kitchenette, which would be great for a longer stay. Wi-Fi was available, but for an additional fee. The room seemed a little run down, but the bed was comfortable and the shower decent, definitely worth the budget price I paid. The only complaint was the unfriendly staff that checked us in.

The room was dirty, the kitchenette had other people's food in it, and the floor was not even vacuumed. The hotel was pretty easy to get to and find, but the room was disgusting. We stayed at this hotel for Valentine's Day and it was pretty much the least romantic place of all time. I didn't even really want to go back to our room after being out all day.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Located next to a strip joint. This Extended Stay America motel is just off I-75 in the Cincinnati suburb of Sharonville. It's a nice hotel that has the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

It was convenient. Obviously used as a residence for many people, was noisy and disruptive all night. Hotel is run down, obviously used as a place to live as opposed to a hotel for most guests. Walls are thin, was up all night listening to people fight. Not reccommended!

Actually enjoyed not having housekeeping services. Outdated motif, worn out bedspread. I was working third shift at a grand opening of a grocery store and this hotel was perfect for my needs, economical and self sufficient.
Date of Stay:
September, 2006
Room and linens clean. Kitchen very useful. A little off the beaten path. Outside parking area did not feel overly secure. For one week or longer stays, the kitchen is a nice feature if you like to avoid eating out all the time.

Everything. There was no place for my kids to sleep, they slept on the floor! I am very disappointed and had a horrible experience. There were nails sticking out of the carpet that we stepped on. The beds looked unclean. The shower/bathtub was not clean. I went to the lobby to ask for a bigger room and was told they didn't have larger rooms at that location.
